I would tend to stick more to what you show in the video with a few less exercises, which are then performed in the following days, but I would like and I think, we all would like to understand your correct vision of this program!

now i'm waiting for calisthenics version, with gymnastic rings. Leg moves are still quite standard, but upper body moves on rings are a whole new level, like barbell's beef with dumbbells' shaky nature. I am humbled so much that they are like heavy singles
