Well it's true that the animation is simple and very much likely done with After Effects, it is still animated and I ASSURE you, did not take less than a solid week to do and perfect.

Gouken's voice was so perfect! The music was fantastic and there was so much heart in this!! Guys, excellent job! HADOUKEN!
Man, I want this so bad. The moment it comes out for download, I'll be all over it.
That was pretty cool. Dialogue wasn't cheesy in English, unlike a lot of Anime shows and movies.

i was thinking motion comic would be a fail for a fast moving show like street fight but it works really well
