    Thank you for bringing up the need to say no - I struggle with this often, but getting better! I don’t have endo (that I know of), but have been dealing with bilateral frozen shoulder for 3.5 years, which at times behaves like a chronic illness.
    I often think of you as an example when I really want to say yes, feel guilty and anxious that I have to say no, because it will be too much. I think, Melissa says no when she needs to, and I’m never upset about it, our friends aren’t upset about it. I can say no when I need to. Even though it still sucks😂, knowing that puts it in perspective.
    Also the importance of having a supportive partner can’t be overstated. I’m fortunate that my partner encourages me to manage my workaholism and reminds me when I’m not resting enough.

      Thank you love for the thoughtful reply. So much love to you and frozen shoulder has been shown to show up in perimenopause, which is just like having a chronic illness.
