    the example of how the person having rejected all unnecessary, everything distracting him goes persistently to the purposes and tries to obtain them. becomes better, stronger and is more hardy, becomes an example of how it is necessary to love and as it is necessary treats the business. respect to this person, I bow to his persistence I unfortunately don't have that.

      Just so long as you tell yourself "unfortunately I don't have that", will it be true. Don't you get it? Matt, Tia, Katrin, Annie, Rich and the whole bunch are human beings just like you and I. They just choose to devote their entire life energy into one thing and in the process become near legendary. What will you devote your life energy to?

      tony same He actually answered this, years ago this answer appeared on the former "athlete page" of the CrossFit games… they asked every athlètes "How do you train?" and questions like this (like "how many rest days"). And Fraser's answer was "How do you train ? I SQUAT." Fuck off now

    Respect to steroids

    • @juliacostello6961
      @juliacostello6961 5 років тому

      Mani Matter CrossFit has a strict policy on enhancements. They test everyone. At every competition. Every day. That’s how Patrick Vellner got in third 2017 but didn’t get to stand on the podium. The idiot who did place third originally tested positive and was disqualified and fined from CrossFit for 5 years. Matt Fraser works hard every single day and it’s sad that hard work has to be associated with steroids. The man is master of craft

    • @Mani_Matter
      @Mani_Matter 5 років тому

      Julia Costello do you know Sara Sigmundsdotir? Look on UA-cam how she looks nowadays. Compare it with old videos. CrossFit has a serious steroid problem

    • @juliacostello6961
      @juliacostello6961 5 років тому

      Mani Matter I don’t personally know her but I’ve followed her for years. She never places and works harder every year. I don’t know any of them personally nor am I a judge of the competition. I watch a lot of their documentaries and respect the sport. These true athletes put in the hours of hard work not only in the gyms but nutritionally - it’s their life. They’re not going to ruin their careers by peeing hot. The CrossFit family isnt huge by any means and you’ll be shamed out quite quickly for cheating. Sara has been in the game too long to jeopardize that. But I respect your opinion.
