    Mathew Fraser earned the title of Fittest Man on Earth at the 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games. The victory was three years in the making, after he took back-to-back second-place finishes in 2014 and 2015. In 2014, Fraser’s debut Games appearance, he earned the Rookie of the Year award for his efforts. Known for his hatred of second place, Fraser was unsatisfied with his consecutive silver finishes, and though he won the worldwide Open in 2015 and swept his region (EAST) with a dominate performance in 2016, it wasn’t until he stood atop the podium at the Games in 2016 that he showed signs of celebration. A former U.S. Olympic Weightlifting team hopeful, with a return from major back surgery in 2011, retired from his weightlifting career and has been a CrossFit athlete since 2012.

    CrossFit is so interesting how it's a jack of all trades, master of none, so that the GOAT in CF can seek out any expert in any event and find people much better than them to train with, which is pretty cool

    I just started bodybuilding and I won't go back. Mentally , my perspective on life shifted and I can't stop seeing life with an optimistic lens. There's more to this sport than just physique!
    I am currently doing a 100 day body transformation challenge and going from fat to shredded!

      you can, what is truly stopping you from at least channelling his mindset in whatever you want to do? i love a qoute he shares which is 'i will do today what others won't so that tomorrow i can do what others can't'.

    90 degrees at 60% humidity🤣 that's spring here in MS. Truthfully try 98 degrees at 95% humidity.

    I'd be somewhat sceptical of Hinshaw as a swim coach. You can't take land based running methods and do it in the pool
