    fantastic leg finisher using the TRX suspension bands , I like that how one could control the amount of resistance using this slightly challenging exercise , great share.

    I need to do these. I'm really into working out my legs so this is the perfect exercise for me. I'm going to buy me a TRX suspension band today so I can do these.

    Does it matter how long the TRX bands are? Do they require any adjustments before doing the exercise? Or does it just matter that they're extended completely and are at the stomach area?

      Hey Josh, thanks for writing in and great question! They must be extended completely, no matter what though the length determines how difficult the movement and where your foot placement must be. For example, the more taught the strands, the most help they will provide. Best of luck and thanks for watching!

      It will help the hamstrings… but it’s more of a quad (front of leg) exercise. Exercises where you hinge at the hips like a deadlift are more focused on hamstrings.
