    Wow so really how you said get off that things from it can make milk way better. Need to try it later. I love doing cappuccino with put coffee to milk prepared for cappuccino and its great but can't do so it will look that great to be like bottom milk , middle coffee top big crema from milk. But it get together middle and bottom . Well dont have that cup for milk so just get coffee to another cup with normal cup. Anyway its great little cinnamon sugar on top and it taste great

      Hey, yes I've tried those fancy coffees before. I think you need to add frothed milk to the glass first. then he should have a shot of espresso on it. I use dulce de leche this time instead of cinnamon and sugar. It is a natural milk sweetener. I even gave my own recipe in this video. ua-cam.com/video/BIp8j7go5P0/v-deo.html ☺🙌

    I feel like my machine is outrageously loud! Idk if these videos have the actual noise of the machine edited out, but yours (and most people I’ve watched), have it at such a low decibel. I feel like when I steam milk, I’m waking up the entire floor level I’m in, and I can’t figure out if it’s me positioning the wand incorrectly or if that’s really the machine’s fault! 🥲

      haha 😅 that was funny. If you are experiencing the loud noise problem while steaming milk, you are probably making the milk scream. While the milk is steaming, you should hear the sound of paper cuts, not screams. That is, when steaming starts, the tip of the steam wand should be very close to the surface.
      You should add air to the milk by listening to the sound of paper cuts for 15-20 seconds. You must then continue to swirl by dipping the stick a little deeper. Remember, you must finish steaming at 65 degrees Celsius.

      @@ahmeterginkarahan im gonna have to try again (and again, and again..) because I’m pretty sure it takes me way too long to get the resemblance of any microfoam, and the milk is volcanic hot by then. Just yesterday I finished my drink, poured into my Ember mug, and the temperature was even higher than my mug can even compute… needless to say I burned the roof of my mouth and today it’s peeling off (sorry. TMI). You can tell I have some learning to do 🥲

      @@Jess_Smith0903 If a latte is hot enough to burn your palate, you'll get eggy flavors from the milk. Milk proteins lose their sweetness after 65 degrees Celsius and leave their place to eggy flavors. If you don't have a thermometer, do this.
      - You should swirl the milk in one direction from the moment you start to steam it until you finish it.
      - When you start steaming, you should add air to the milk by hearing a paper-cut sound very close to the milk surface for 15-20 seconds.
      - When you see that the milk has gained volume, you should continue the swirl movement by dipping the steam wand down one finger. At this stage the sound will decrease and the large air bubbles will become micro air bubbles.
      - When the heat of the milk pot starts to hurt your hand, it means that the milk temperature has reached 50+ degrees Celsius. After 5-10 seconds you should finish steaming.
      - You can burst the big bubbles in the milk pot by hitting the hot milk on the counter several times.
      Now you can make latte art.

      @@ahmeterginkarahan yeah the problem is that the milk gets hotter much sooner than I’m able to stretch it/ add volume. So I keep going until I’ve reached that texture but by that time, the milk is way too hot. Sounds like the positioning of the wand is odd and therefore I’m not incorporating air enough. Wish me luck on my future latte endeavors 😂

      @@Jess_Smith0903 You should position the steam wand somewhere between the inner wall of the milk pot and its centre. If there is not enough swirl in this position, you should slowly move it to the side. May luck be with you. 😅🙌

      It is difficult to get a very good milk texture even though I have removed the steam wand cover. If you own a Delonghi Dedica and want to make better latte art, you should definitely buy a "Rancilio Silva Steam Wand" and modify it. I did not make any modifications to Delonghi Dedica as my other machine Sage Barista Express was sufficient for me. Also, my Barista skills are not very advanced.

    How did you mange to keep the rubber coffee wand on when frothing? Mine just flies straight off when I turn the steam on, even with a cable tie 😔

      Honestly, it's happened to me a few times. That's why I gave a warning in the explanations. Before starting, clean the hole of the rubber part thoroughly and dry the inside of the connection mouth thoroughly when putting it back on, so the rubber provides better grip. Some users have stated that they have never experienced this problem before. The slightest looseness in the rubber part can create big problems. You can try to tighten it by wrapping a wire around the connection part and twisting it. Or you can mod it with a Rancilio Silvia steam wand. 😊🙌🏻

    Nice milk texture. I have pulled out the panarello but I can't get the same milk texture. The steam wand kinda pulsing and does not give enough pressure to swirl the milk. Any idea?

      Selamlar, 4:22 de buhar çubuğunu çıkarıyorum. Bunu yaptıktan sonra Hot milk / cappuccino ayarlanamaz. Yani doğrudan buharlıyorsunuz.

      Merhaba. Açıklamalarda bunun biraz riskli olduğunu belirttim. Buyük tehlike arz etmez ancak bazen bu makinelerde çubuğun altındaki kauçuk parça buhar çıkarttığı esnada yerinden fırlar. Benim videoda şansım vardı ve kauçuk basınca karşı koyabildi. Diğer yandan bu şekilde hazırlamak çok daha doğru oluyor çünkü o büyük parça çok kullanışsız ve sütü berbat ediyor. Tam olarak videoda tarif ettiğim gibi yapabilirseniz bir baristanın hazırladığı kadar iyi bir latte hazırlayabilirsiniz.

      ​ @Ayşe Kızılarslan Profesyonel buhar çubuklarında öyle Delonghi Dedica'daki giibi bir aparat olmuyor normalde. Bu aparatların buharı bir şekilde yönlendirdiğini düşünüyorum tek görevleri bu. Üzerinde yazan yazıların bir anlam ifade etmediğini düşünüyorum. Gelelim doğru doku oluşturma işine.
      Öncelikle sütü kesinlikle 65 derece üzerine çıkartmayın. Süt potu elinizi yakmaya başladığında 50 55 derece civarına ulaşır 15 20 saniye sonrasında işlemi bitirin. Süt 65 derece üzerine çıktığı zaman protein yapısı bozulur ve şekerli tat yok olarak yerini yumurtamsı bir tat alır.
      Sütü köpürtme işlemi boyunca sürekli bir girdap oluşumu yakalamalısınız, bunun sebebi dengeli bir köpürtme işlemi uygulamaktır.
      İşleme başladığınızda çubuğun ucu süt yüzeyinden çok az aşağıda konumlanır. Kağıt kesiği gibi bir ses duymalısınız ve büyük baloncuklar oluşturmamalısınız. Bu işleme hava eklemek diyebiliriz. 15 20 saniye hava eklerken sütün minik baloncuklarla dönerek hacim kazandığını fark edeceksiniz. Daha sonra çubuğu 1cm derine batırın aynı konumda girdap oluşturarak döndürmeye devam edin. Bu işlem boyunca süt ısınmaya devam eder ve içindeki baloncuklar patlayarak mikro baloncuklar oluşur. Eliniz yanmaya başladıktan 15 20 saniye sonra işlemi bitirin. Şimdi süt potunu biraz daha elinizle çevirin krema ile süt birbirinden ayrışmasın. Artık Latte art yapabilirsiniz.
      Bu tarif 200-250ml süt için geçerli. Latte art için uygun bir doku hazırlamış olursunuz. Cappuccino için tek yapmanız gereken 10 saniye kadar daha hava eklemek olacaktır. Bu sayede daha kalın bir köpük elde edersiniz zaten bununla da latte art çalışmanız çok zor olur o artık bir cappucinodur.

      Because there is a risk of steam burns when there is no cylinder. However, you cannot create the silky milk consistency with a cylinder.

      Больше 11-12 грамм не советую, иначе кофе будет упираться в душ варочной группы как получилось в видео.

    hey ,
    I have a dedica with a bottomless portafilter from NEOUZA but unfortunately it still does not quite work with the double shot as it should.
    I put in my sieve 16.5gr coffee and then press the double Shot button. the ground coffee is already very finely ground yet I get about 53gr coffee in my cup pure. so I expected so ideally a 1:2 ratio so about 33gr. what can I do? do you have a tip for me? I use as a grinder the sage barista Pro.

      You should find a grind setting that targets 30 seconds for a 16.5g dose of 33g yield. For this, you may need to adjust the inner burr setting of your Barista Pro machine. So you may need to adjust your inner burr to grind finer.

      either grind even finer and tamper harder, or just adjust the Dedica double shot button to release less water 😉 button is programmable, it's simple you just need to learn how 😉 and if you didn't know what you spent your money on when buying the Dedica, you should know it has a volumetric pump! so the exact same water quantity will be delivered every time, it's not time based like other machines!

    Merhabalar şuan deloghni 33.21 esspreso makinesini kullanıyorum Esspresso,Americano,Capichino yapabiliyor ama latte yapma kısmında sorun yaşıyorum süt krema olmuyor galiba diğer moddelerde daha değişik bir uç kısmı var peki şuan elimdeki makineyle latte yapma şansım var mı.
    Ek olarak süt için özel bir süt kullanmıyorum tam yağlı süt kullanıyorum barista sütünün farkı var mı?

      Selam Orkun, kullandığınız makineyi deneme fırsatım olmadı ancak araştırdığımda farkettim ki buhar çubuğu ucunda bir korucuyu var sizinkinde de. Eğer deneme fırsatınız varsa benim videoda yaptığım gibi koruyucuyu çıkararak dikkatli şekilde deneme yapın. Benim delonghi ec685in süt çubuğu da latte hazırlamak için yeterli değildir aslında. O koruyucularla mikro köpük elde etmek neredeyse imkansızdır. Süt buharlamanın çok incelikleri vardır. Videoda dikkat ederseniz sütü buharlarken girdap oluşturuyorum ve 65 derecede işlemi bitiriyorum. Bunlar önemli detaylardır zira süt proteinleri 70 dereceden sonra yumurtamsı bir tat üretir. Bu konularda biraz araştırma yapmanızı önereceğim öncelikle. Ardından da benim videoda yaptığımı yapmayı deneyin. Ancak şunu unutmayın bu tip makinelerin buhar performansı çok zayıftır bu sebeple ipeksi bir süt yakalamak oldukça zor olacaktır. En azından tekniğe uygun hazırlayarak doğru tadı yakalayabilirsiniz.

      Using whole milk makes your job easier while preparing latte milk with a steam wand. Silky texture is prepared a little easier with whole milk.

      I have the same machine, i get so much foam
      don’t insert the steam head deep into the milk, or change the milk brand
