Is this one maybe a Boss Blues Driver with the keeley mod style 'fat ' switch?
On a forum i saw someone work out from component values that the blues crab is a Marshall Bluesbreaker V1b clone.

You are correct on both! I still use the Crab and it's almost identical to the original Bluesbreaker pedal in terms of the sound
