Yes, this is on the Lucky Ones CD…Kirstie wrote it. I love the kind of duet/echo thing she & Mitch have going on in this song. I too LOVE this song. By the way, I agree with another comment about you. You are the sweetest reactor out there. You have such a lovely heart.
Scott holding down bass and low baritone so Mitch and Kirstie really shine on her original song is the best! I love that they want the best for each other.

Not only do they layer musically, but they also layered for their "picture together". They were not together.
Kirsty wrote this song and led in the arrangement. It was a covid-19 song so they layered their imagery but were actually in separate locations at the time. Great review Rob!
My understanding was that the song itself was recorded before the pandemic began (the all-original album was originally scheduled to be released in summer 2020, but was shelved and replaced with the At Home album), but the video had to be shot separately because of quarantine rules.

A LOT of people have commented on how it has the flavor of an Enya song - like Orinoco Flow (Sail Away).
Especially the beginning reminded me of "Orinoco Flow", no idea if it was somehow inspired by that, the melodies are still different, but it was what came to my mind...
I really love all the layers in this one, makes it so different to their usual stuff
Kirstie was definitely thinking Enya when she wrote this. I LOVE how she has taken front and center so much these days. That shy timid little girl from the early days of PTX is gone now and the real Kirstie is finally shining like a star! I believe that this song was recorded before the pandemic began, as they were working on the all-original The Lucky Ones album as early as 2019 and were planning a summer 2020 release. The pandemic put the whole project on hold and it was replaced by the At Home album which had to be recorded by each member separately, both audio and video. They did the We Need A Little Christmas album that way as well. This video also had to be shot separately, and The Lucky Ones album was finished that way too.
I have watched this so many times and I still get goosebumps♥️♥️

Great reaction, Rob ! I like this new, fresh, pop song ! It's another original song for them, Kirsten wrote it. Makes me want to sway back and forth. The men are awesome backing her on this, with Mitch harmony, and everyone contributing. Loved it ! Terrific message, to have someone back you up when the information and chaos is confusing. Remember this is from quarantine and the mess we were in.

I just checked your videos and it doesn’t look like you’ve reacted to Amazing Grace. I think urs a masterpiece, one if their very best. There’s a moment for everyone but I have to say Mitch & Kirstin steal it. I know it’s been a different year and especially difficult Christmas so just watch it on your own if that helps. You don’t need to record it but I think you’ll feel better after watching it a dozen times (hundreds of times for me at this point). Please react to Dimash, I know you’ve done sos but he has so many amazing songs that will blow your mind, it’s 2 years since you reacted to him, he deserves the world to hear his unbelievable talent, he is such a humble guy and does so much for charity, every performance where he receives flowers, he personally goes round hospitals and care homes and hands the flowers out himself.
