Thanks for the clear video. Because these are pet safe / non-toxic and a recent nest spraying under my roof has caused some wasps to find a channel into the basement, I'm using them there, indoors. How many wasps do you think can be caught before the attractant no longer works and you need to start with a fresh refill attractant?
Once I put the trap out it took a few days for them to find it which kind of surprised me. Once they found it though, I didn't notice any more close to my house. I haven't changed the attractant because I haven't noticed any further issues. I am probably due to dump it out and give it a wash now that we are into September, I'm hoping I'm done with them for the season.

I don't think you need to, the bag is soluble. That's what we just did today and the trap is working.
No, just drop the attractant in and the bag will dissolve on its own in the water
