I used it to make sourdough bread and it rose beautifully. My starter was made from it as well and was only 1.5 weeks old when I made the bread. I'm trying to get used to gluten free because my husband was just diagnosed with celiac disease, but it's tough since I have been making delicious gluten laden sourdough treats and breads for years. I will sure miss it, but I must move on because I can't keep the kitchen clean for him unless we go strictly gluten free at home. I am going to buy a countertop convection and put it in another room for me just in case I want to make me some sourdough, but for now I am trying to embrace this.

Would prefer if you modelled the underwear without a T Shirt. Guys modelling underwear for Step One brand and Oddballs brand come in all shapes and sizes. Think you might be a smaller size then you are modelling. You're going to great lengths to hide your stomach, making me feel conscious and uncomfortable about my body too.
