    I’ve wanted to say this for a long time, because I felt it, but I was able to formulate it only now:
    the voices blend so well because they seem to embrace everything. Bobby's voice is pure art, it's hard to believe that he can sound so academic and captivating, as if hugging you with velvet. Jonathan's voice is like the power of the nature's elements - it is something from thunder and wind, storm and crashing waves. and Colm’s voice for me personally is a man in all his feelings, from tenderness in love and laughter in joy to combat rage and deep sorrow.
    Dear God, I want to listen to you guys forever.

    The lyrics, for anyone who wants a copy posted here:
    The world was young, the mountains green,
    No stain yet on the Moon was seen,
    No words were laid on stream or stone
    When Durin woke and walked alone.
    He named the nameless hills and dells;
    He drank from yet untasted wells;
    He stooped and looked in Mirrormere,
    And saw a crown of stars appear,
    As gems upon a silver thread,
    Above the shadows of his head.
    The world was fair, the mountains tall,
    In Elder Days before the fall
    Of mighty kings in Nargothrond
    And Gondolin, who now beyond
    The Western Seas have passed away:
    The world was fair in Durin's Day.
    A king he was on carven throne
    In many-pillared halls of stone
    With golden roof and silver floor,
    And runes of power upon the door.
    The light of sun and star and moon
    In shining lamps of crystal hewn
    Undimmed by cloud or shade of night
    There shone for ever fair and bright.
    There hammer on the anvil smote,
    There chisel clove, and graver wrote;
    There forged was blade, and bound was hilt;
    The delver mined, the mason built.
    There beryl, pearl, and opal pale,
    And metal wrought like fishes' mail,
    Buckler and corslet, axe and sword,
    And shining spears were laid in hoard.
    Unwearied then were Durin's folk;
    Beneath the mountains music woke:
    The harpers harped, the minstrels sang,
    And at the gates the trumpets rang.
    The world is grey, the mountains old,
    The forge's fire is ashen-cold;
    No harp is wrung, no hammer falls:
    The darkness dwells in Durin's halls;
    The shadow lies upon his tomb
    In Moria, in Khazad-dûm.
    But still the sunken stars appear
    In dark and windless Mirrormere;
    There lies his crown in water deep,
    Till Durin wakes again from sleep.

      Eso no es tan así, estos mundos existieron en un tiempo, solo que ya no queda nadie que los recuerde, solo quedan ráfagas y flashes de memoria colectiva, que se aferran a nuestros genes y afloran en la mente de grandes pensantes y se vuelven historias, que se cuentan en libros, pero todo esto, son recuerdos, que transporta el alma de cada uno, y que aflora en sentimientos que no sabes porque te vienen... son los misterios que encierra la humanidad y que guardan vestigios a flor de tierra, en ciudades olvidadas y ruinas esparcidas en toda la tierra, pirámides y ciudades de piedras, algunas sepultadas en arenas infinitas, en desiertos que fueron una vez, frondosos bosques, con hermosas cascadas...pero todo cambia en la vida, así como nosotros estamos ahora, un día no estaremos y seremos olvidados en el tiempo, solo quedarán, vestigios de nuestras ciudades y puertos, apenas si un poco de ceniza de nuestra existencia, que los del futuro, miraran con instrumentos tecnológicos y dirán, que esto es parte de lo que fue, un pueblo olvidado en el tiempo....

    Finally, the youtube recommendations showing something worthy of listening. I recently did a re binge watch of both Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. This song couldn't have arrived at a better time. What a masterpiece, you gentlemen have made, thank you for making my day better! This kind of music and singing should be promoted way more than other genres, but that is just my opinion. May God bless you with a long life and good health so you can enchant people for many years to come.

    There’s something about the Dwarves that remembers better days, yet unlike the Elves hold out hope that better days will come again.
    And that feels so much more human, to our deep delving kin!

    • @user-ow2ln3pw7d
      @user-ow2ln3pw7d Рік тому +6

      Well Dwarves are more "down to earth" ;D !
      But yes I do agree with what you said, Elves are like the " role model student" , although fascinating, beautifull and loyal, their un-aging and viewing themselves as the best race ( for most of them) is what makes them slightly less relatable to us humans, whilst the Dwarves while Blunt and not the most polite folk in the outerlayer are deep down more complex than one may think, at least they were...
      Also unlike Elves they benefit from long life spans yes but eventually even they will wither and die..their pleasure for more daily things such as good food & booze makes them somewhat relatable and their shorter yet sturdy stature making them a bit clumsy is also a characteristic that somewhat lightens the mood in some darker moments !

    • @LanChiaoPeng
      @LanChiaoPeng Рік тому +4

      Elves are the favoured firstborn of creation, whereas Dwarves are the unexpected byblows that survived against the odds to flourish. They are dour, defiant, take no shit, and grab hold of what they want with both hands.
      Definitely kindred souls to us lowly Manfolk.
