If you work to establish holy habits, they will assist you later.... and as you go along, it seems to get more complicated. Establish your habits as early as possible, with your heart understanding why.

Me too! Last month I have been on my phone all day playing Roblox and I had many homework and assignments to do at that time! And there I rushed to do it but it was too late. I realized that Roblox is causing me to get distracted so I deleted it.
@chadreixun112 Yeah, similar case for me. I usually end up playing this game called Geometry Dash alot sometimes to the expense of my assignments and I end up regretting later. I am trying so hard to focus but it seems so IMPOSSIBLE!!!! 😭😭 I can't delete it since it brings me alot of joy, but I am trying my best to reduce the amount of timing I play it. 11:30 I have two main pairs. Prayer and sleep. I always pray before bed. It isnt always a great prayer, but I try to make sure it isnt selfish, at least. And more recently bible and waking up. Sometimes its hard to get out of bed. But if I have my phone next to me and the first thing I do is read a chapter of the bible, its not so bad. My mind is already working as I ruminate on the chapter I have just read.

This is me just a couple of weeks ago: I would always keep my eyes on the screen, even when i'm walking across the street in another country for vacation. Now that I think about it, I dont have much memories of visiting that country except of me always on my phone and a few shopping trips. Ive been finding new hobbies to help lessen the hold that my screen has on me, which has been working. It was difficult at first but the more I continue, the less difficult it is. I dont have as much of that desperate feeling of needing to be on my screen 24/7. Hopefully, as I continue to improve during the upcoming months, all of that need will fade away and I will just see the internet as a hobby that I spend probably 1-3 hours a day. I could maybe even successfully do just 30 mins of usage once a day. Well, thats my dream goal anyway.
I was awake early parts of this morning and couldn't sleep so i was on my phone for a whil and recently been on it a lot, so this morning as i was scrolling on instagram to look for a video to fall asleep i found this one, and i knew God put this video on for me espresso because i prayed for something like this and how much my life right now demands

Thank you for this I really needed this and I appreciate it continue to spread God’s message love you I prayed two days ago asking God what is causing my distractions he led me to this video couple days ago I got accepted into a college and I liked the school I was all in to go there I had to do a test to get officially in I waited to long to do it and it was too late I was upset blaming others and not taking accountability me playing my game too much and little bit of social media was the problem I need to limit it I thank God for bringing me peace I realized it wasn’t other people faults but mines they was trying to help me I hope the college gives me another chance my advice is if it’s taking too much of your time next day try limiting it thank you once again God bless hopefully the school gives me one more chance❤️🙌🙏🏾✝️💯

This is something i really struggle with. I really find it hard to be motivated to do... anything, really. I put off chores, reading my bible, interacting with loved ones, cooking, or even talking to God. Most of my day's schedule is watching tv, scrolling, or playing something. I feel like i live a life of indulgence to the flesh and starve the spirit, but anytime i try to change i just fall back into my regular unhealthy habits. Thanks for the wonderful video ❤

This is so helpful, i have been struggling with watching too much social media, at times it goes from "ok, just 1 hour to 4 more hours" this made me really behind with school work so now i have to complete all the overdue assignments i have and its alot because of my lack of discipline before. I made a schedule Wednesday to push more discipline in my life, creating a better bible habit, meditating on scripture throughout the day and praying at times during my important task, and reducing my time with social media. So far i have been doing well with this and im just happy that God leaded me in this direction. God bless you all, remember that change is important and discipline is helpful. ❤
