I was looking for some accurate amino acid information. Thank you so much, Dr., for sharing this information with those who do not have a medical background but want to learn more about amino acids. Instead of bingeing videos from someone who is not in the medical field, your videos are valuable.
Thank you sir. Now i understand the folic acid and one carbon metabolism.
Thanks a lot sir...after 1st year i am excited to meet you
Thank you very much sir.your videos are helpful to prepare for university exams in few days
I'm happy to found this channel
Case discussion is very Helpfulll......
Best classes to understand easily
Truely helpful sir...neat presentation 🤗
You are best sir ❤️only due to you I fill pass in biochemistry of 1st year bsc nursing
Deficiency manifestation of vit B9 is macrocytic amemia sir..ur vdeos r awesome sir
So far the best lecture and soo informative more than our books ❤️ ty sir❤
Sir how increased homocystiene level leads to CVS manifestation....pls explain 🙏
Could you explain panthothenic acid too
Well explained sir
Sir, where is fear long term memory stored in the human brain?
Sir ,please let me know your valuable remarks 🙏.
Really helpful sir
Thank youuu so much sir ❤for this concise and accurate information ❤
Thank you sooooo much 🥰❤️
Sir it was very informative and easy to understand.
I just subscribe ur channel for biochemistry and all problem solved
🌼🌼😍
Thanks sir
Awesome explanation sir....tq sir..
Thank you sir
What will be diagnosis
Sir but rbcs do not contain nucleus then how nucleus size will decrease in megaloblastic anemia 😅
Bro they are talking about the devlopment stage, cell division occurs in erythropoisis
Very very helpful note
Sir do have lecture topic on non communicable disease
Thanks
No friend
Thanku sir 🙏🏻😍
1year bds which book refer for biochemistry
Best
Super sir
thank you sooooo much really helpfull
#im leaving this comment here before my exams ,lets wait till next comment!😑
But there is no nucleus in rbc ....so how can it decrease in size in megaloblastic anemia
It is in the precursor cells
Can you explain why some side defects occur when you take folic acid tablets? Why do some people get nausea and flatulence?
Thank you sir.

Sir during pregnancy rda of b9 is 400 micrograms and why Dr prescribe 5 mg tablet to pregnant lady
Because mcg and mg is different 5 mg describes 5000mcg.

Mere baby mai problems tha omphalocele aur nasal bone 5.8mm tha next pregnancy se pehle kya dhyan de kaisi deit le
Counseling with fetal medicine/ Gynaecologist will be helpful.
Thank you doc!
Brilliant 👍👍
Can anyone tell me..
Which anaemia is caused due to Vit B9 deficiency and Vit B12 deficiency??
And Pernicious anaemia is due to which vitamin or Megaloblastic aneamia is due to which vitamin?
pernicious anemia is due to vitamin B12 deficiency due to a lack of intrinsic factor.
These two vitamins (FA and B12) are interlinked. Deficiency of B12 causes folate trap and megaloblastic anemia.
You mean to say that pernicious and megaloblastic is due to deficiency of vit B12?
@@Rajesh_Jambhulkar and which anaemia is due to deficiency of vit B9
@@uttamjain9421 Vita B9 deficiency cause Megaloblastic anemia,
Every type of B12 deficiency cause Megaloblastic anemia but whenever it is autoimmune(antibody againest parietal cells),than it cause Pernicious anemia. So All Pernicious anemias are megaloblastic anemia but all megaloblastic anemias are not pernicious anemia

Absolutely brilliant
Respect++ for Rajesh Sir !
Thank u Sir , if we go to read this from book we will take almost thrice time as urs .... tysm Sir
Respected Sir, folic acid deficiency impairs Nucleic Acids maturation. The nucleus of RBCs does not condense it appears Large :- Megaloblastic. It has no affect on cytoplasm. on the contrary Iron is used for cytoplasm maturation. You said deficiency of folate causes Increase in size of cytoplasm & decrease in size of Nucleic acid that's confusing. please correct me if I'm wrong.
U r wrong
As when a cell divides two thing occurs concomitantly that is cytokinesis and karyokinesis but due to folic acid deficiency karyokinesis do not occur but cytokinesis occurs. This leads to formation of a big cell having cytoplasm doubled but have single nucleus
@@ankushrathee6607 what ? Megaloblastic anemia is when there is persistence of nucleus, rbcs are enucleate, they are not supposed to have a nucleus.
You r precious
👍👍
Thank you sir!l
Thank you so much sir for such great and in detail explanation
Biochemistry was my most hated subject before watching your videos..Now Biochemistry is my favourite subject and I get good scores in biochemistry exams . Thank you so much sir ❤❤❤

So apt and excellent...... keep the good work going Sir
Why methionine is essential amino acid if it is produced from homocysteine in the body?
homocysteine is actually formed from methionine. then it undergoes reconversion back into methionine
@@hrudyalakshmibose5684
Thank you
Yes you are right
So, it is actually regenerated
RBC is Anucleated ?
Bro they are talking about the devlopment stage, cell division occurs in erythropoisis
