Question, do these lifts (wrist wrench - corner/side) helps you on the table? more specifically, which style (hook, toproll, press) has been the main benefit of these exercises/lifts?
For sure they help on the table. I feel pad to pad work helps backpressure the most and hits the back quite a bit. Corner to corner blends back and side together well, where peg to peg work focuses on shoulders/chest. The 2in wrist wrench has more emphasis on the arm, where the 3in hits the hand more. The 3in is great for shutting down someone’s toproll.
