Depending on your choices, really. Last Dragon born can be honest, honorable adventurer who only steals because the game forces him/ her (a silver ring in Riften and a bunch of document in Thalmor Embassy), kills only in need, and not even looting the dead. Or LDB can be one violent, selfish, back stabbing cannibal who will gladly sacrifices a companion to get a nice shirt, kills civilians, steals everything not nailed down then prying the nails, and do anything in pursuit of power. Or something between.
Speak for yourself lol, the first Dragonborn that I defeated Alduin with didn't even wear enchanted gear (because trapping souls = bad), never stole anything even when the game required so, and never sneak attacked anyone.
Still I love to replay Skyrim and kill alduin and miraak honestly wanted to keep alduin as a follower 🙄 miraak was just annoying that’s why I loved killing him so much lol 😂

The only thing I disagree is lack of Dragonborn trying to lockpick out of the jail after the speech.
Then sneakily ending all the guards before escaping. 😁
