Great video man! That overclock really lead to a massive performance increase, super surprising as that's pretty much a 23% uplift. I think the most that I've seen on any of my systems has been about 5-10%
Yeah that's legit an amazing deal. I live in NZ and our currency is very similar in value to the AUD, and there is no way in hell you're getting a PC like that for $260 here lol. I recently picked up a system that had a 6700k, k1200, ROG Maxiumus VIII Gene board, 32gb ddr4 2666, without cooler, without PSU and without storage. All for $250 NZD. And in my local market that was actually a pretty solid deal. His score puts that to shame though haha
🙂 i just run warm water thru it for a few minutes, soap down all the cables, final rinse, get most of the water out by flinging and towels, then let it air dry out on a table using a Fan overnight
If you want to check your overclocked cpu performance in Fortnite don't use DX12 with epic settings because your GPu is already maxed out and you will not see any performance gains. You want the processor to be doing all the work pushing more FPS. So put it on performance and drop everything to low and your FPS should increase quite a bit compared to the stock CPU speed.
Fortnite is both CPU and GPU intensive. it is CPU intensive when you use all low settings performance mode and it is GPU intensive when you use All max graphics RTX. there are 2 sides of the spectrum and ive listed the two ends, there is inbetweens.
I thought about this, but left it on the front because the case was very restrictive in terms of airflow with having a glass front. Also the fan plus radiator thickness was going to be very tight against the ram if it were to be top mounted
🙂 sure but that case is a bit too small and out dated, most newer cases including the corsairs have extra room on the top now to do a top radiator and you still have ample room to build comfortably. What I find very interesting and you should take advantage of is you have an upper tier expensive Radiator that has extra long hoses which means you have plenty of hose length to mount the radiator on the front with the hoses down, which means you should unbolt the radiator and turn it 180 degress then bolt it back up, you want to prefer that the radiator with hoses down, just like you would see on any liquid cooled Motorcycle or any Car or Truck with a radiator.
Yeah I do, I like the phone quite a lot and I thought it was great value compared to some of the prices Apple and Samsung are dishing out. Those phones are definitely better than the nothing phone in terms of specs and performance, but I liked that the hardware was appropriate for the phone, giving it a cheaper price tag.
Amazing value! -despite the filth 😆 You're right, those fans really filled it out and the cable combs made it just a little cleaner looking. Maybe this has changed as of late, but it's my understanding that Fortnite is actually a CPU-intensive game. Which makes me surprised that the OC didn't benefit it much. Keep up the great work! and Zeppelin rules 😉
🙂 Most Definitely, this is almost as expensive as an Alienware of that particular year, which I believe were those weird looking Area 51 creepy looking Triangle Cases with an X58 or X79 or X99 motherboard 👽👽👽
uhm its OKish but it needs an i7-8700K, step up to a faster video card such as a 6650XT 6700 or invidia equivalent, step up to 32gb of system ram, Windows 11 Pro, and then it will be very decent, dont forget to take it all apart and wash everything out with warm soap and water, rinse and dry, then put it all back together. 😇

Thank you, I was super impressed with it!
You are so lucky to get this deal, I live in Canada and those type of computers would be around $450 CAD ($330 USD or $495 AUD)

if u have any dirtier of a pc your just a fucking dirt goblin
good work bro
A dry paint brush and a hair dryer set to cool or a leaf blower would do wonders for that PSU.
I will probably go back with a paint brush and blow the dust out at some point
I was gonna say the same. Or compressed air. Just make sure to stabilize the fan.

Oversight from me haha, appreciate your comment
I think I paid more than that for an 8600K system I built back then, feelsbadman. Nice find, nice build, nice overclock.
wouldnt it had made more sense to put the AIO on top instead of keeping it in the original place on the frontside panel?

Do you record with a nothing phone? Can you give me opinions on it.

That’s a dream for most people from my home country, sri lanka
beautifull computer, excelent deal.

Its probably been cleaned before, but definitely not under the psu lol
wow the price for that computer in 2018 is quite the scam
😂 I think the prices get bumped up a lot more in Australia compared to the US
