  • Although alpha waves and beta waves generate more attention in research and the popular media, the faster and smaller gamma waves appear important for memory, attention, mindfulness, and problem solving. Future approaches to ADHD will likely target boosting gamma waves in the front cortex.

    Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Do you know if there is a link between ADHD and the genes that effect methylation of B vitamins?

      So far all of the genetic studies indicate very small effects from a big number of genes. It would not be surprising if for some people, some of the genetic variants associated with ADHD were connected to B vitamin metabolism.

      Yes it's in the book by Dr taulabaum depends to if we have Asperger's with it to
