Fun fact: The art used for Sentor Jools section at 31:30 of this video was the cover art to the book Death Of Integrity. I Believe it represents my favourite blood angels successor character Chapter master Caedis of the Blood drinkers who features heavily in that book. good stuff.
Have to go with Dante as greatest son, I've also read the Dante series and wow what a piece of writing. Everything suggests he should not be where he is, yet against the odds he's not only made it as a marine, became Chapter Master but now Lord of Nihilus. He commands with a very different tact from other Chapters, has respect for all imperium races and leads a Chapter of tragic heroes with the thirst and rage etc. so is considerate yet fierce, not surprising he's so respected.
in saturnine raldoron has a good moment with agathe and says "we fight for you" when she just walks on by and dismisses him he grabs her shoulder and turns her around and reiterates " we fight for you".
The greatest sons of the greatest son! Also you should have included Alatron, The Herald, and the person to likely be the Sanguinor. He served as his father's herald for many years and was ultimately cast into the warp while saving Sanguinius from the Daemon Madail The Pilgrim.

33:00 in devastation of Baal, when Mephiston failed to prevent Khabanda from appearing, he says it is all lost, that if the ‘nyds don’t end them, Khabanda would take their souls. Sentor Jool held Khabanda for so long that his manifestation time was almost at it’s end by the end of the battle, and all the destruction he could bring was a mark of Khorne made of skulls (nyds, humans and astartes) at Baal Secundus, visible from Baal. Now, to pile so many skulls they can be seen from “orbit” is a huge thing, but keep in mind that Mephiston thought he would end the Sons of Sanguinius, and Sentor reduced it to a single Blood Angel successor Chapter (and an excomunicated one at that) loss to Khabanda. Must say, few things put a smile at my face like the sons of Sanguinius giving daemons of Khorne a run for their money, those things are literal demons of violence and bloodshed, but so great is the might of the Red Thirst and Black Rage that even daemons of Khorne get pushed back by it...
One thing with Dante I love is that he just cut the bloodthirster skarbrand in half, the angriest bloodthirster ever, one who killed two other bloodthirsters and made axes out of them
One thing you failed to mention about Nassir Amit is that he fought Kharn to a stand still in a sanguis extremis. That feat alone displays his combat prowess and furiosity.
At the end of the book, Flesh of Cretacia, it depicts Nassir Amit being given the Emperor's Peace after he succumbed to the black rage. I think it was Gabriel Seth that did this when he succeeded him. It's been a while so don't quite remember.
The name that was generated for me is Zorian Dumun, Venerable Scion of the Holy Maelstrom Sounds like a Chaplain to me, which is perfect. Absolutely my favorite types of models in 40k.

My name is "NEMEDAES FURATIS Noble Exsanguinator of the Vermilion Cohort" and man, I love Dante, the man continues to fight even now with his age catching up to him and his healing slowed down and the fact that everyone had to talk him down from becoming the first Blood Angel to cross the Rubicon Primaris because he didn't want to put his brothers in any danger that he also wouldn't go through, but they all convinced him that he is to important to risk his life like that.

A couple corrections: Not one on one. Dante and Seth had an action movie moment during Devastation of Baal. Those two together were holding the line together, back to back, that's why Seth helped the Blood Angel's rebuild after their losses. The Roboute stuff was a retcon. Mephiston is not the only person to beat the black rage. Lemartes, for example, has to an extent. Depending on how you choose to read it, a lot of Blood Angels fell to it during the Blood Angel omnibus, alongside Mephiston, but then came back from it. Gabriel Seth did not send SOME of the Death Company against the inquisitor. No, he sent ALL of the Death Company in boarding torpedoes from the Deaths Cowl.
Fun fact about the Painted Count. He got his butt whooped on Pharos by Pollux & Dantioch. And he did come back later, but as a Daemon Prince, leading the Night Lords against the Dark Angels and some Aeldari that Azrael teamed up with at the time. He was also part of the group of Night Lords that joined after Curze had already left Nostramo, and were responsible for leading Curze to decide to destroy his homeworld.

Little bit on the painted count: The entire reason he stood a chance was because of his daemon sword, mid fight with Raldoron the daemon leaves him and lets him fight Raldoron skill vs skill where he gets flattened. Malakim phoros is a badass, you don’t get the moniker lord of ruin for no reason, basically constantly falling to the black rage. Also there is possible proof that he isn’t dead as there is a malakim of the lamenters mentioned as being present for the trial of gabriel seth so imo he’s still kicking about.

Well you missed a few the star of the entire Blood Angels series and James Swallows personal insertion into the both 40k and the Horus Heresy. Rafen....I mean he "was" the primary figure that we looked at for years, and yes Swallow did do a bit of a bullshit move by connecting him to Meros or as many would come to know him after Fear to Tread, the Red Angel

Well you missed a few the star of the entire Blood Angels series and James Swallows personal insertion into the both 40k and the Horus Heresy. Rafen....I mean he "was" the primary figure that we looked at for years, and yes Swallow did do a bit of a bullshit move by connecting him to Meros or as many would come to know him after Fear to Tread, the Red Angel
