Good stuff. Great content, keep it up. Do you ‘coat’ or condition the top surface of the table saw for cleaning or priming?

So far I have never done anything like that on any of my table saws.
Thanks for the compliment and checking out the the video.

I used that setting off camera by accident when I switched to the ripping blade.
This was my first blade change so I had forgotten that there was a blade change setting.
I am not certain, but it seems the saw blade has to be at 90 to use the Allen key to remove the riving knife using the hole in the back of the saw.
Alternatively, you can push the metal lever that to do the same thing in the blade change position.

I still wounder why anyone would buy this table saw... it's limited and costs 4 times something like the Dewalt contractors saw with stand.

      That is a reasonable question.
I cannot justify the price spent however some reasons for purchase could be:
      -great for smaller parts/jobs
-less intimidating as it is a fairly small/compact saw
      - it fits with in the Festool seemlessly ( the systainer storage)
-despite the limited capacity it is feature rich by comparison. ( I own the Dewalt and Milwaukee Battery Powered Saws for context.)
