So they just announced a new MG Sinanju Stein with color seperated cuffs and chest.

Yes, the version that appeared in the Gundam Narrative film. In the U.C. timeline full-frontal "steals" 2 or 3 of these sinanju Stein units from Anaheim Electrics. One is turned into the Red Sinanju and another one of them is converted into the Sinanju Stein in the narrative film.
