There's no official way to play on PC. If you have a newer Mac (M1 chip or better) you can play iPad / iPhone games natively on your Mac. My gameplay is from an iPad Pro.
When your aircraft doesn't have a contract, you can go into the hangar, turn the card around and I think you will have an option to sell. I will show this on stream one day and make a video (Thanks for the question!)
