I love cloth boxes/baskets. I use them in my kitchen to organize my baking stuff and other small items. I used to have a bigger kitchen with more drawers.
You've given us more great ideas. I have 2 of the carts on wheels in my small apartment. When I bought them they were a dark colour (almost black) so I like that. I keep sewing stuff in one cart and Bible study materials in the other one. So these things are handy when I need them. I also use one of those chrome shelving units on wheels as pantry storage in my smaller kitchen. It took awhile to find one on wheels and I finally got one I wanted on Amazon. Now it seems you can find them everywhere. I've changed out some of the hardware, like door and cabinet knobs. It was a little harder to find heavier door knobs at the right price point but I've managed. I love this idea. Now I'm on the hunt for switch plates but those are harder to find in the right configuration and colour. I love your electrical tape idea and I'm going to try it on my bathroom mirror. I'm also looking for just the right storage ottoman and some of those boxes for the closets like you've got. I've actually been looking for both items for quite some time but I haven't found any that I actually like either in size, colour or texture. I'm eager to see your part 3 ideas. All the best.
Great idea using double sided tape to frame out dresser drawers! Ive been wanting to do this for years but didnt want to use nails or glue. The electrical tape idea is awesome too, funny story l had boots that I loved, a hole developed on top of one of them, I put a peice of electrical tape on the hole and noone could tell it was there! Even when I took them to a cobbler he had a hard time finding the hole.😊
I had an extra cart, which used to be the coffee station and then it was in the entryway. Now my countertop dishwasher lives on the top shelf, the middle shelf is for the dishwashing liquid and accessories, and the bottom shelf has the bucket where the dishwasher pipe drains into. I also have the Ikea Raskog cart which currently houses my tools. I love a good cart
Welcome you will love it, especially making a NYC apt feel like your own. I used her wall ideas and peel n stick floors everything so far has come out nice, and she is funny too!
Nice! I appreciate your tips! Do you know you can use damprid for mold. No electricity. Not as powerful as your version though. How did you drape your cords in the bathroom?
Hi Wayna! Thank you for all your tips! They have helped me transformed my aparment! WOULD IT BE OK TO PAINT THE WALL BEHIND MY COUCH and THE WALL INFRONT (where my tv is) THE SAME COLOR? I have already painted the one behind my couch as an accent wall, but I find the wall behind my tv to be very dull and uninspiring. Basically, would it be ok to paint two of the four walls in my living room the same color? Thank you very much!
CFLUTTER AINT CUTE📣📣📣📣📣 Wayna PLEASE tell people I'm not OCD for thinking so!!!!🙀I too recently switched 1 tv to a free standing mount because of my decor commitment issues. I'm needing a smaller 1 for my office. Please link yours in case it works for us. And yes only white washcloths for our faces, laundered separately. Blessings
This is why my house is in such disarray because I unfollowed you. Don't know how this happened but I won't make this mistake again. These videos are pressure. Love, love love keep them coming.
Border sticker?? I've never heard of a "border sticker". I guess I'm going to have to do some research on where this can be found because the thought of using it in my kitchen & bathroom, just made my head explode a little. If anyone can share info., I'd be very grateful. Great video with great ideas!
Most of my furniture is heavy and I would love to add wheels but unfortunately I'm in Cali and with these earthquakes furniture moves well enough on its own. I don't need to make it any easier lol.
@@iriswelch3553 even with locking casters it would have more of a chance to tip over. I had an entertainment center the last big quake we had and fortunately it stayed in place. I know of it had been on even locking casters it would've toppled over and everything on it would've been destroyed.

A cart per kid for daily come/go by the door. Water bottle, lunch box, sunglasses/hat etc, shoes on bottom. Each kid keeps their own cart.

I wouldn’t have the little cart in the bathroom nor close to the toilet 🚽. What happens when you flush the toilet!?!?
