It would be amazing with ceder planked grilled sockeye salmon and a summer salad. Gosh you expanded our potato imagination to new high. Love the potato recipes ❣️ Much thanks from the little ole town in the deep South of the USA. Where every little tid bit goes along way. We have crazy weather here. Usually warmer than it is now. But no complaints. Just adjusting to the new normal of life is weird/ sometimes hard. And you Nicko help us so called cooks find our way back to the more fundamental way of cooking!! And I have a new love and appreciation for the cooking experts! You are at the very top of that list!! Blessings to you and your family!!

I tried this the other day, it was soooo delicious (I just added a little bit of minced onions to the mix)
I added a little onion also. They were great.

@@KayKayshaw I'd suggest buying an air fryer, or look for a dish that is not roasted. A grill might be an option too. Not sure if they would crisp up the same as in an over or air fryer though. Unless you don't have a grill either; in which case I refer back to the beginning of this comment. LOL.

This would be good if it was made from cauliflower. That's what I'm going to do make it with cauliflower instead of sugar potatoes
