Turning the bolt did not work for me. I use a hammer and lightly but firm tap the front rail while holding the power button back. After a few hits the seat begin to move back. Hope this help someone
First off, speak up guy, we can't hear you. Second, you wasted 98% of the video with useless how/why/when babble when you should of just pointed to that plastic cap and said: "check behind this cap for binding".
