I am so far out at this point I don't remember exactly when it was, but I never had massive bloating so I don't think I noticed it all that much? If you quickly read through the blog posts you should be able to find it. I made it super simple to find certain topics by time stamping each videos accordingly. I hope that helps!
I'm getting ready to have a complete Prophylactic hysterectomy and bilateral Salpingo-Oophorectomy with Da Vinci Robitic Laproscopic surgery in a few months.
