Yeahhh ikrr. I think its like Katie sends in the video and then it takes a while for the video to actually happen and then Rie recipie tests for a while and the video gets made finally

I love Rie. Been watching her UA-cam presence for so long, and her content has always been top-notch. The only difference now is the apparently much-increased production budget. I'm here for it, though. We stan a talented artist making it in their chosen field and selling out with integrity.

I'm really interested to know, how Rie comes up with these recipes. Is it full on brain storming with trial and error process, or she does these at her home beforehand prior to making the video. All the recipes are complicated, there will be at least 15 ingredients all the time, how does she come with these, obviously there won't be anything to look up in recipe books for these types of things, or will these be any inspirations of other recipes where she swap the main ingredient into it... just how?
im pretty sure she goes home and test recipies because as talented as she is it honestly seems impossible to just think of stuff like that on the spot. And she seems so prepared and knows what to do.

@@lillygadge6668 She should seriously be on a Pro Chef & Home Cook episode. Hi, I'm Rie(Ree-ey), and I'm a professional chef, and these are my $_____ ________ingredients. And whatever cheaper ingredients she gets, she will say "These are ingredients you will find at a kitchen or your local grocery store. I may have the cheaper ingredients, but with a lot of technique and hard work, I'm going to make it fancy!" That's what I think she will say if she does appear in that show.
