Sometimes the legal system is a joke. The person who hires/convinces someone to murder should at minimum get the exact same punishment as the person who actually did it. The fact that in one case the wife only got 7 years while the guy got 25 is a disgrace, she was just as guilty of pulling the trigger & in the second case, if he got death then she should’ve gotten it also.

Esp when you think that the person wouldn't have gotten killed if it hadn't been for the person hiring the killer..and if that one hired killer had refused they could've hired someone else. The person hiring is the essential ingredient in all of it

@@BiblicalTeachings first, the legislator is part of the legal system & just like judges and prosecutors they are often elected positions.
Second, it is in very few cases where judges hands are tied to the point where someone only gets so little time. When someone is charged with murder & murder for hire even in a plea deal the judge can choose to accept, alter or reject the deal. There’s no way that woman should’ve gotten so little time.

because murder has a longer sentence than conspiracy to commit murder. what i never understood is, if you plan to rob a bank & someone dies (including one of your fellow thieves) , everyone involved gets charged for that persons death. commission of a felony where a death occurs results in all those involved in the original felony being charged with murder. conspiracy to commit murder is a felony, so why dont they charge everyone the same.....thats the confusing part for me.

these ridiculously short punishments for crimes are the direct result of career politicians & law makers passing laws. to normal Americans, these punishments seem insane, & thats because career politicians & law makers live a different life than us. theyre essentially modern royalty, and so their idea of a fair punishment is totally out of whack from what a normal persons is. they dont go to work mon-fri, they dont struggle the same ways, they go to fancy schools, to the capitol, then operate in a twisted ecosystem of deception, so its no shock their idea of a fitting punishment is nuts. it would be no different than having 6yr olds plan dinner for a family

OK what about this it was a man who planned his girlfriend's murder by asking her what time are you coming home and she told him at 5:30and when she got home he was waiting in their garage and he shot her in her thigh to disable her then he shot her in the stomach and in her head and chest and she was pregnant by him 5months along and he stab her in her neck and he didn't serve 1day in jail but his accomplance did and she's there for life and she wasn't the killer he was sooo if she go he should be able to go also after all he's the real culprit

5:27 loved ones of deceased being uncooperative reminds me of a current case in Jamaica where an autistic 9 year old boy was said to have been abducted from a car being driven by his mom and then later killed. After a court order his mom still refuses to allow cops access to her phone record. I would be too anxious to prove my innocence and have my child's killer/killers brought to justice . This doesn't sit well with me🙄🤔

Why should it bother you; that a spouse contacts law enforcement?
In many marriages, spouses actually know each other's routines, when their spouse is working out of town, or in a remote area.
There is nothing wrong with doing a welfare check. Many spouses actually know their spouse's medical needs.

Tammy Holman should have gotten life without parole being the mastermind behind her husband’s murder. To only give her 7 years in prison is a miscarriage of justice. She had so many lovers like she changed clothes everyday. unbelievable woman who used men for her own personal gains. Unfortunately, men fell in her traps.
Killing for money is the old story of the book, and greed is a mortal sin; so Tammy will find out what is waiting for her in the afterlife when she dies. But until then, she will be released from prison to continue enjoying her life while her husband is deceased 6 feet under in his grave. It is not fair but who said life is fair? As the investigator said, she was a black widow alright. Sad and tragic for Mr. Holman, he didn’t know the kind of woman he had for a wife. May Mr. Holman Rest Peacefully always 🙏💐
