We were on this cruise with you and I love your reports. The dining was really good and cannot say enough good things about Remy's dinner. It should be at least a one time experience for all who sail on the Fantasy or Dream but we will most definitely do again

You have no control over what dinners you'd miss. Book what you can. You can try once onboard to get your rotation switched if you want.

Yes. You'll need to be on the Disney Cruise Line wifi. As I explained in the video, Remy's will likely be incorrect.
