After angioplasty in 3/2019 I'm taking capsule Atovastin Gold 20 which is combination of atorvastatin, cropidogrel and Aspirin, as per my my doctor's prescription. I think it's o.k. Plz elucidate.

Great... ഞാൻ വളരെ വർഷങ്ങൾക്ക് മുമ്പ് ആസ്പിരിൻ ഗുളിക കഴിച്ചിരുന്നു.ഒരു head injury ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നപ്പോൾ. ഈ episode കണ്ടപ്പോൾ ആണ് എൻ്റെ ആ സംശയം മാറിയത്. ആൻ്റി platelets ഉപയോഗിച്ചാൽ platelets കുറയുമെന്ന് ഉള്ളത്. എനിക്ക് ഇപ്പൊ 1.8 ലക്ഷം വരെ ആണ് platelets ഉണ്ടാകാറുള്ളത്. മുമ്പ് കൂടുതൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. പിന്നെ തലസിമിയ മൈനർ ഉണ്ട്. അപ്പോ RBC യുടെ size കുറവ് ആകുമല്ലോ, അതെ സമയം platelets കുറയാനും മൈനർ തലാസിമിയ കാരണം ആകുമോ? MCV MCH കുറവായി കാണാം. നന്ദി
