I can be sympathetic for Hughie's mom and her postpartum depression, but only so far. I still would have been upset with her never asking for help or coming back sooner..... I mean, she left when he was 6. I get she tried to reach out and call, but she looks like she had already pulled herself back together but never reached out again.
