Love the videos, Definitely been doing Calisthenics for about 5 years now been in & out with it. But to even be in this game heading towards y’all I know the level of consistency it’s gonna take to start adding on weight & being able to do a bunch of reps under a certain amount of time. Love the work all around been watching y’all for a while now & it’s only inspiration for myself to get better & help those that I can around me. Got nothing to do with "Easy for us to say" How do you know who's watching and what bodyweight disciplines they do? You don't. His dips were shty half reps..Period. Ego.
I do this and I eat plant based diet until I have days like this I’ll usually eat chicken/lamb/fish and mash potatoes the day before and earlier in the day before I do these.
In overseas tournaments 80% of those reps wouldn't have counted. I never understood the premise of overkill workouts. It's a Di$k slinging contest online. Their form was horrible after the first leg. This is just to scream online that they are gladiators. Gladiators train smart. This is no different than a crossfit torunament. Bad technique leads to injuries and fanboys cheering it on
Yada yada yada. Get the Doritos off your shirt and go show them how it’s done. Form falters with reps and exertion. Watch a strongman, watch any endurance event. This is a competition for seeing if the strong are going to survive. Per the goal, they are doing fine. They aren’t receiving a medal or brand sponsor, they are competing as men to better themselves. Fuck an overseas event, that shit is modeled after shit going on in the streets HERE, in the US.

With that weight and set range, absolutely. Sacrificed form for reps but they are still within the safe range to avoid injury and get the work.
