Yes, on such a long endurance sets, it’s better to start with 60% and believe that other guy is going to slow down, and if he doesn’t slow down…well he clearly deserves to win then.😄👊🏼

Im new to this Calisthenics competitions, but I have to ask, do they ever incorporate movement that test the hamstring? (Nordic Curls), is it always just Squats?
The nordic curl would be extremely hard to these atheletes, due to all the upper body weight. They could do kettlebell swings or weighted single leg deadlifts

Ne radim, samo bodyweight , a disanje je refleksno jer sam vec jako dugo u sportu, iako mislim da je jako bitno kod ovakvih setova i da treba imat strategiju kod svake vjezbe.
@@bruno_zgela da povedeš malo brige o disanju na isto vrijeme bi ti bilo puno lakše. Ja sam sa joge prešao na Cf i bez obzira na 30%bf puno toga mi je bilo lagano zbog mobilnosti i dobrog disanja. Snagu i cardio imaš. Poradi na disanju i bit ćeš bolji!
Guy on the left (bruno) paced himself much better. its also nice to see how strict the judges were being to both.

I’ve never seen hamstring dominant exercises, only squat variations like box jump, pistol squat, lunges etc…👊🏼
