I want everyone that's watching this to take a look at every one of the guys standing with their shirts off. Look how ripped and muscular they all look. Now go to your local gym and take a look at all the guys benching, squatting, deadlifting. Almost none of them look like this. Nearly none of them can take their shirts off and look like this. Calisthenics are amazing for the body.

I've known and experienced doing heavy squats and deadlifts and legs never really grew. So are you telling me you would rather have large muscular legs over a chiseled well defined upper body? I've been in and out the gym for decades, and have only seen a small handful of people with impressive legs, and almost all of them were on roids.
@@sergiolalopez3598gym dudes are too busy scrolling on their phones 📱..these guys look better and are better conditioned athletes. Bench press and bicep curls do zero for overall health and fitness. Pull ups, dips, push-ups and sprint workouts get you ripped and in phenomenal shape.
No comparing calisthenics to the gym …nothing beats fitness..push ups, pull ups and burpees and wind sprints is the best workout pound for pound…plus gym people spend too much time scrolling the internet while sitting on the machines..
4 minutes in i almost commented and called it. That’s wild that the opponent had to actually quit. Hydration, rest, and nutrition is always gonna take your further than just pure hard work. Another great spectacle and performance by both gentlemen. Although one fell victim to the elements. Gotta be in tune and alignment with the environment. Just like a winter battle would be different a summer battle is too. My comment on the last video already talked about the referees, Mantime just needs to have a talk with them. Dude was holding a clipboard and just looking confused and focused on the wrong guy. Maybe he thought he was gonna pass out lol. On a side note the criteria actually was just a little too difficult for the winners experience level. Not to say it wasn’t entertaining or REAL. Just not feasible for him to do it. People need to stay active regardless of what of exercise they do. Staying motivated can be extremely difficult. Seeing these young men motivating, helping each other along with teaching is a wonderful and greet to see. A full exercise area outdoors for anyone who want and needs help to startup workout and routine and gain help and knowledge on proper training and nutrition. And I'm sure some freat friends too. These guys are using valuable time, adding time and longevity to their mindset and lives. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK... help everyone no matter what nationality color or creed. This is away for people to get close to one another. Challenging not only yourself but others in competition, friendly competition goes a long way. Just makes you better. Don't take not winning as a defeat or loss but as a win to know what you need to do to better for yourself. You've shown that here. To people who do make unnecessary comments, think 1st. Any bad comment isn't necessary. Helpful comments, or just comments on your own fitness regiment , is cool but don't compare or be judgmental. Doing so only shows weakness on your part. These guys and " That's Good Money " are showing what actual quality motivation is all about. Not sitting on your butt playing video games, texting, laying around doing nothing or being on the street's causing problems. They are showing how people can better themselves no matter who you are where you live. What these young men doing quality work to show other people on what using your body as a platform for complete fitness. You don't need a pricey gym membership or alot of equipment. Everything you need is within reach. These men are extremely dedicated to their own workout. They're gaining muscle mass naturally. You can use their workout just to become healthy and it's up to each individual on how much muscle they want to have. As long as you do soom type of exercise that increases your heart rate is good and doing even that will help you to maintain even lean muscle, a better mind. Just stay healthy. This is part of their lifestyle routine. America as a whole needs more people like these young people out there helping others and showing a better way of life and mental health. When I was younger, I would workout, mixing calisthenics, weight lifting, riding a bike 75 miles, running 5 miles everyday, learning and teaching martial arts 3 times a week for 3 hours or more each session , competing in full contact martial arts tournaments. I mixed it up and it took away depression, anxiety. Feed my body with proper nutrition. I just felt healthy, like a true full person. I'd LOVE TO HAVE JUST ONE PERSON TO HELP .... To "That's Good Money". What feedback would you give to a person who is elderly has been disabled for 20+ years and can't get around by themselves, depressed with extreme anxiety and elderly? They are even to a point where they don't feel life anymore. TO THAT'S GOOD MONEY and all those who participate doing this CONGRATULATIONS from me to you ! Have you thought about doing a series of people you or others who maybe helping people who want to or are starting there workouts on how and were to begin. Depends on the workout. You shouldn't be eating for 2-3 hours before you train anyway and many train on an empty stomach. However...this type of Calithenic rounds, you need to carb up! Sweet potato, oats etc... Just don't eat too much that it makes you tired. No one can tell you how much because no one know your diet habit, age, weight or lifestyle so there is no difinitive answer to your question. You're better off Googling it.
Once you get your body use to the heat long as your properly hydrated you could train in hell if you had to. You have fat stores to provide calories when food is absent. Better get beastmode
