This video was absolutely key in helping install a 3" Rhox lift kit on my 2015 TXT, best vid around for this model. As the product page warned we had to swap the brake assemblies which was a challenge. Also, make sure you have a full size floor jack that goes tall enough (I got a small one from Harbor Freight cause i was like "well it's just a golf cart"), also make sure you're aware of stabilizing the axel and motor for when the leaf springs come off, ours lurched forward and rested against the body

Hi, Great set of videos. I've followed this video to end and am now trying to install the pin in to secure the brake lines. I've removed the brake line cable from the zip tie by the battery and routed it under the spot where the cable holder is. I followed these steps, and I'm stuck at the end where I'm trying to attach the brake lines to the driver side. I still have the parking brake engaged as well. The issue is that that I can't get the holes on the lines and the cable to line up to drop the pin in without a massive amount to force and even then I'm about 1/8" or more short of lining them up. Is there anything I can do to get more wiggle room shy of buying a longer brake line? Any screws I can adjust to get slack? Same also for the passenger side where I’m short of lining up the holes after removing the screw holding the cable under the battery.
    Thank You!

looks like an easy adjustment of the brake cables connected under the drier side and I'm all good!

It doesn't look like you added any extra leaf springs to the cart but you also added a rear seat, wouldn't you normally add another leaf or change leafs to heavy duty ones if you were adding a seat for more riders?

We do one installation video at a time. Yes, there is another video showing installation of heavy duty springs. Anytime that you add items to your golf cart causing it to have extra weight to the rear of the golf cart, heavy duty leaf springs are suggested.

Could you put a 6 inch drop axle lift and put the 6 inch spindles on it to make 12 inches of lift?

Yes, for the front! If you could figure out the back, a 12" lift could make the car kinda unstable! Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe!!

Hand tools can always be used with the proper measurements. The process might take a bit longer but the result will be the same. Thanks for the comment.

Oh my gosh. This must be the owners kid. Who is a hack. I have never seen just a bad video. He is absolutely horrible. Hammering and cross threading and getting grease on everything.
Seriously this is not the job for him.
