2 Beavers Sit Up to Groom Their Fur

This video shows a couple of beavers that I was watching in Saskatoon Saskatchewan on May 8, 2024. I had a good low level and close-up view of these beavers. Each of the beavers set up and groom their fur for about a minute before carrying on with their beavering.

I live in the south here in America. Tennessee to be exact there’s a creep behind my house in which eye observe and also film beavers, but I definitely don’t have the proximity in which you seem to have.

I’ll try to put something together in the near future. FYI, these beavers live in a large river. The river is about 200 yards across and runs right through the middle of my home city of Saskatoon. Their territory is about a mile long and has three bridges crossing it. They use both sides of the river quite regularly throughout their whole territory.
