Clay molding to increase plasticity, try to remove all the substances.
Should let bricks dry slowly in cool shade because sunlight will make it cracked.
Before fired, bricks and tiles should heat slowly. If the initial temperature is too high, bricks and tiles will explode or crack.
Not any clay when baked is red. Red color is caused by the iron element in clay. At temperatures of 400-700°C, iron elements combine with oxygen to create Fe2O3, called hematit, which is red color.
In this video, the clay source I obtained does not contain iron element so the product has white color of ceramics.
Hopefully everyone can make the necessary materials by themselves to build a beautiful model at home.
