Hi from Jacksonville. I have a magic mill arriving soon, so I was happy to find your video. Do you recommend using ripe bananas or dehydrating when they are a little green?

It depends on the taste you like, if you want them really sweet then ripe. The flavor is intensified after dehydrating.

yeah, you can do that, if you don’t ..doesn’t matter. No issues here, I have had my magic Mill dehydrator for a couple years now still works like a champ.
