Great tutorial, thank you. Maybe next time you can show how to bring it to Unreal. Because when you import a metahuman directly in Maya with Quixel Bridge, it has different skeletel than Unreal.

Any suggestions on how to fix eye clipping with the custom eye? When My eyes look down it kind of looks like they are out of the socket

Do I have to start the basic mesh with meta-humans? If I blend it with my own mesh and meta-humans, will it not be able to be rigged?
Hi Annabelle! Great tutorial, I was having an issue with my current character. I had the mouth open for baking and closed afterwards and used a blendshape to close the mouth similar to how you did in the video. The issue I'm having is that when I import into unreal the mouth is still open. Would you happen to know what is causing that and how I can remedy it?

yes like you can see in the video everything works fine, you just need to make sure the topology is well placed o the model for your deformation to be accurate! :)
Hi Annabelle! Huge thank you for this tutorial. It really did help me. Currently I am doing a commercial project and I can't find any info on how to correctly export the metahuman head to unreal.
I am at this step 2:13 right now, I have a head with a custom blendshape. Now I need to take this head to Unreal and change the MH head to my new head and the hair should stay. Can you give me a hint on how to do it please or where can I find any info? If I just export it with fbx and change the in a blueprint it doesn't work correctly.
Hi! Unfortunatly, I never trie using the Unreal metahuman blueprint with a custom head, but it is omething I will try to figure out in the futur!

Do you have to have the exact same topology to be able to transfer the custom face to the MetaHuman? And if that's the case, how do you do that?
yes exactly! It has to be the same exact topology for the method that I showed :)
