Not that I don't care about long term appreciation, but thats not going to get me out of this semi any time soon. If you could do more videos on how you cashflow so much, that would be amazing!

Just graduated, and just turn 18 this year, I don't have a job yet, might get one at speed way. I don't smoke, drink, or I don't care what I wear. I'm just asking if I save up some money, how much should I save up to start doing this kind of stuff.
You sound exactly like me 9 years ago. I had a long string of unfortunate events that held me back for years (never go into business with your significant other without legal paperwork). Save as much money as you can for the next few years, invest it in a broad index fund (vanguard 500 just as an example) and keep saving. While doing that, research as much about business as you possibly can in the meantime. I haven’t done poorly, I have a paid off house with a big yard, three cars and a motorcycle, but I know I can do much better. I’m closing on my first rental real estate deal this month. I’ll update you in like a year lol. Don’t give up!

I don’t think so. It’s worth one year of not being able to buy property because you don’t have a consistent W-2 to get to the second year where you have way more money and enough proof of income to be fine to get a property
