  • In today’s video, Chandler reflects over the past 10+ years - where he started out and how he arrived to where he’s at today. Growing up, he knocked doors for work around the community, then knocked doors as a missionary for his church. These early experiences taught him discipline and how to face rejection. While in college, the opportunity to do door to door sales popped up. Even though he faced difficulty learning this job, he persevered and broke the rookie record during his first summer selling. This momentum snowballed to the point that he was able to grow a team and invest his sales money into real estate. Since then, he hasn’t looked back. Being able to generate passive income, spend time with the ones he loves, and help other’s to grow has been his greatest reward and in this video, he wants to share with all of you how you can do the same.
    Investing in real estate for the last 10 years, Chandler David Smith currently owns over $25 million worth of rental real estate. During this time, he has had some great experiences being able to share his passion alongside his family and buddies. He has seen them absolutely crush it when it comes to the investing and sales world. More importantly, he has been able to share his expertise with others and learned invaluable lessons along the way.
    Chandler dives DEEP into all of the ins-and-outs of his financial success - working hard, learning sales and real estate skills, and the application of that knowledge. Keep in mind that there are A LOT of unknowns when you take a step into the real estate world - things fall through the cracks and honestly, anything could happen. But - this is life! When you take the proper steps that Chandler teaches here, you CAN mitigate your chances so that you will be taking the smallest risk with the highest return possible!

    I’ve learned that any business w a “down line” is mostly an MLM scam and there’s very few that make the money that chandler was able to make and most of the time they are reallly making profit off of how many people they can recruit not how many sales they make. It doesn’t matter what the product is either! The minute he started talking about downlines I felt discouraged because 99% of people in an MLM don’t make any and end up losing money!! So just be careful when signing up for ANY MLM!

      I agree, this smells MLM and all he wants is your money! I don't believe him at all, our cites banned door to door sales people by the way, in my state. I have no money, so how the hell do in invest in something that we cannot buy!

    Please do a video of numbers only. Did you buy your first condo cash? Is that why the first rent check impressed you? Because if you had a mortgage, the rent check is smaller and not impressive. That's the issue I'm having. Seems like a lot of work for little return when there's a mortgage to pay. Thanks

    Thank you for making this video. People need to realize that in order to get into renting out properties, you are going to need a lot of money. Either you get a high paying job or start businesses that generate a lot of income. It’s rare that someone can get into significant buy and hold real estate investing without substantial income.

      If your broke in the first place and wants your money, this just a sales pitch, like I seen going to big rooms and they want 30,000 for sales training to do real estate investing! It's all BS with MLM and this is just a sales add, you cannot make any money at all.

    THANKS. Just what I needed to watch. My wife and I got a 400k HELOC from our 780k primary home which we are still paying a mortgage for. I want to only use 200k for this new duplex down payment. I realized that the secret to making millions is making better investments and staying out of debt.
    I'm grateful to GOD for the internet space, we were able to join the credit repair program, we payed up our debt and now we are back to being the administrators of our farming business and our own properties, as well as small pensions.
    I am almost 50, my wife is 48. We have started saving for retirement from the farm and maybe live off rental income, I would really appreciate it if you would do a video on how to earn using Airbnb and retire comfortably.

    Chandler I love your story and it’s a given you were destined to succeed in your life at a young age. What is your take on the constant influencers encouraging to buy and rent out homes the last couple years and do you think it’s affected the nation in becoming a renters nation now?

    • @MillennialMike
      @MillennialMike Рік тому

      interesting question. i'm gonna jump in. i think that the nation becoming a renter nation isn't a problem. cycles come and go. builders will be incentivized to build more as demand ratchets up. but we will never catch up with the demand. supply has been too limited too long. as for influencers they are just pitching buy rentals because they want to be "internet famous" most of the "influencers" are terrible real estate investors i mean AWFUL. they make a boat load of supplemental income from youtube, sponsorships and other social media accounts that it offsetts how bad their real estate deals are. i'm genuinely amazed whenever they post the numbers they have on a deal because they are so bad. which is why they mostly give more vague advice that can't be criticized as much
