Really nice presentation, Stephen. The Post Cereal card is a keeper and should grade really well! As far as the SI insert "cards", I would contact SGC and find out if it grades those paper-thin versions of the '54 Topps. I could not find that "set" on the SGC pop report. Thanks for sharing your time to present your recent acquisitions. Well done. Take care, Rob.
Thanks for the comments. Yes, I'm waiting to hear from the feedback but I think I'll end up taking the mags to a show where SGC is, and check with them. Again, thank you for watching and commenting.
Really awesome magazines Stephen! I have never seen the inserts but those are super cool. I won't be able to give you any advice, think I would leave them intact if it were me. Good luck with the Post submission, looking forward to seeing how it grades. Really enjoyed learning about these magazines, thanks for sharing!
Thanks for watching and the comments. Not sure when I will put in my next submission to SGC, but will certainly do a video of the grade, when I do. Again thanks.
Hi Orlando. Thanks for the comment. I'm pretty sure that is what I will do, is leaving them attached. Thanks my friend, and great show last night. I watched the whole thing and really enjoyed it. Talk soon pal, your friend Stephen.
Hi Stephen, love seeing the magazines. If the second issue donesn’t have special meaning I would not have an issue cutting them. Especially, being it is not a newsstand copy which is far rarer. The first one though is a nice keepsake. Does SGC grade them? Nice Mantle/Maris. Thanks for the shout too, my friend! I really appreciate it. Magazines are a lot of fun to collect.
Nice magazines Stephen! I don't know of a grading service that will grade the Sports Illustrated cards. I have kept mine intact. The Life Magazine, did it have the USA or Canadian Tab. I did get my Life Post Cereal cards graded, but if you have a Canadian tab, they are worth a premium vs the USA subscription tab.
@@RipFan8 The only way to tell on the Mantle/Maris Post Cards is the 3 piece they were attached to. The US is white with a Chicago Address, the Canadian is Tan with a Toronto address.
If it was me I would keep them intact. I’d make sure a grading company would in fact grade them before you cut them. I think it’d be hard to not cut them but once they’re cut you can’t undo it. Tough decision my friend. Very nice magazines though!
Thanks for the advice. I think that I'll keep them intact for now, but you never know down the road. Again, thank you for taking the time to watch and comment, much appreciated
Hi Chris. My intention is to keep it intact, but, I really love to get the Robinson and Mantle in a slab if SGC did them. You never know, down the road. Talk soon pal.

I would leave them alone. I myself have been meaning to pick up those 3 magazines to add to my collection thanks for sharing. Just subbed

Awesome magazines, beautiful cards inside. One day I’ll get those. Leave them as is, don’t remove the cards.

Thanks Terry. Going to set on them for a while and check with SGC, next time they are at a show. Thanks for the comment.

Yea, I think your right about the SI mags. As for the Life Mag, I'm pretty sure it is the US version. Thanks for the info.

I checked it and it is the US version, thanks for helping.@@stuke1976
