I absolutely LOVE my Ruger LC 10mm! I put a SilencerCo 3-Lug mount on mine and run it with my SilencerCo Omega 45K. Hornady make a Subsonic .40S&W load that is Hollywood quiet outta this set-up!

I have owned one of these shortly after its release, it is definitely not a light carbine, nor is it “soft shooting “ , what it is, is a super reliable carbine that takes Glock magazines and of course comes with Ruger’s great customer service!
I haven't owned one, but the ones I have looked over at gun stores do not have what I would call great triggers. And I agree, not that light. They are a full pound heavier than a the Gen 2 American Ranch, of course the American Ranch doesn't come with sights.
The 10 mm packs a punch especially though a longer barrel, 10 mm pistol same ammo a great pair for backpacking I was watching on chuke outdoors Alaska , he interviewed a hunter who stopped a charging grizzly in Montana 10 mm glock

They would have to sell a butt load of guns just to break even. With the market flooded with PCC it’s a big gamble. Especially with our economy it tatters.
Glock is a dumb, one-trick pony, who only brings in money from government organizations and shooters that don't realize there is better product EVERYWHERE across the market. They're not a very innovative.

10mmis a powerful cartridge. In a PCC it is a great idea. Definitely would handle home defense, and a lot more. Lastly, it would just be fun to take shooting and plink with.

This is great in 10mm. I still say Ruger missed the mark not making this platform in a pistol configuration. Take these 16.25” barrels and make them 12.25” barrels, still threaded. Yes, it will lessen the mlok space but there will still be room for a compact weapon light. Still plenty of top rail space for irons and optics. I hope Ruger realizes this.

Mine fits nicely in a Dell laptop bag. Just purchased and waiting for some Liberty 10mm ammo that’s going to be pushing 2200 to 2400 FPS out of the 16” barrel. Paired it with my Glock 29!

Second, I kept questioning the referencing of "SGW" for the mag throughout the video and actually started laughing a bit because I was seeing "SGM" on the mag. However, a couple of times you did refer to it as "SGM" and then the "SGW" came up again. It was just funny to me and it doesn't matter one way or the other as it is a 29 round mag made to fit the Glock and in this case the Ruger LC Carbine 10mm. While I love the 10mm, I'm thinking of getting the LC Carbine in 5.7 as that is just a fun round to shoot for me personally. The 10mm has some power and I have a couple of hand guns chambered for it, but I also have a Ruger 57 and the LC Carbine takes the same mag as the handgun.

Would be sick to see an RXM module turn it into a carbine instead. I get that the browning action sucks for multiple reasons in a carbine length barrel though. Wonder if there's a way around that using the FCU.
LC Charger makes sense for size factor in several calibers but in a carbine its too heavy for what you get----id rather have a .300 blackout AR ----way more effective, lighter, less expensive, and more utilitarian
It's got one serious flaw though, with the bolt pulled back and a magazine inserted, if you bump the butt end of the stock the bolt will close unexpectedly !!
Ruger has not got a companion pistol to go with their 10mm lc carbine but the 1st thing i thought when they realised the rxm 9mm was that they are bound to release a chassis based 10mm glock clone to go with this lc carbine 10mm,
I Stand by Ruger's Carbines and for me the 22 and 9mm Charger are a Blast.. I told a buddy i world run my Pc Charger against any Stribog 😂.. Undecided on 10mm which is one of my favorite rounds or 45 which i love as well..

I love 10mm PCC's but I just can't justify a 16" barrel on one. If I'm carrying a full size rifle why would I carry 10mm vs 5.56 or .308? Now like a CMMG Banshee or similar size PCC are perfect for a pistol cartridge.
The rifle is 30.6" long or so fully extended. Folded it's 24" long. And you can shoot it while it's folded. With Civil Defense ammunition, you get a 70gr .401" diameter bullet going as fast as a 77gr 5.56. It's such a compact package even extended. Plus 10mm ammunition is still cheaper than 5.56 or 7.62 NATO.
Ruger has been really killing it for the last 5 years.

@ it’s a straight blowback system using heavy weights, I don’t believe any type of muzzle device would make an appreciable difference

10MM is my choice of EDC pistol and the Carbine Rifle in 10mm for automobile Self Defense Package .
As i can see the 10mm Auto made a huge comeback, i remember that 10 years ago, guns in this caliber were not so common.
Yeah and comes with the fall back to be able to shoot .40 if that's whats left on the shelf.
Not a huge comeback but it’s growing. It would grow faster but other exotic rounds are coming out all the time so it’s hard to bring costs down.
If Sootch00 actually bought this carbine with his own money, he would know this carbine can be bought for $750 or lower.

Did you try any 40 in it? Most of my other 10mm carbines will also fire 40. Or any "real" 10mm
If you have little money there is a cheap alternative.... the High Point 10mm Carbine. Can be found online for under $350
