But there is no proposal for metro connectivity in tellapur. Also, there are lakes around these tellapur constructions, which need to be looked into. The roads got flooded during recent rains . We thought of going for the Manikonda eipl cornerstone, which is just 5km away from the metro and 6 km from the IT companies.
Tellapur is for the people who dont want to see small roads, crowded builderfloor buildings with zero landscapes and trees. I think there is no buses as well. So people who are looking for public transport is not worth at Tellapur at this moment.

I just visited these exact places in October, and it was definitely confusing with so many high-rises and endless options-prices just don’t make sense anymore! I really prefer communities that offer both villas and apartments; they give a nice balance and feel like the best of both worlds. Thanks for putting together this video!
