Hello Sir, Small advice required. I bought a Hmda initial approval plots in 2019 and got registered but Still those venture didn't get the final approved. Could you please suggest how I can proceed further steps. I keep on following up with land development partners, they are saying it will be done one month. Keep on postponing for 6 months

Older days. Builders was developed after booking 50% buyers now with out booking any buyers they bulding construction how it is possible may be quality is not maintaining
IT sector will get some pushback with Trump getting elected, on going developments in Europe. AI progress and meta failure etc. No IT Companies are willing to fund new projects already many companies made good progress from legacy systems to cloud but yet there is scope. Overall tire2 tire3 cities also growing and rental yields are growing in those cities. Overall there will be growth but not as we seen in last 5-10 years.
I was impressed by your previous interview on commercial real estate but this one is real misleading information to public. There were many home demolished even having permissions and loan from LIC. Those should be brought up as facts when interviewing. This seems biased. Going forward, I request to bring guests who have enough facts and content.

After too much bad name in media, then CM announced that hydra will not touch buildings with permission but there is no GO. The person you interviewed is just making sure he gets publicity but not looking at the facts.

That statement came after media reports of demolition on commercial buildings n residential buildings will be demolished , so that is when cm and commissioner gave a press note subsequently , my humble request again , kindly send us the ghmc or hmda permission copy , so that i will correct myself.
