Good work SCOTT. Keep this series up man, some fools online need to b put in place. I can see beginner kids falling prey to this. I am a 26 year old doc. I saw a 20 year old newbie who tried some random online workout and tore his pec. Imagine that kind of injury at 20. How devastating it is. I was doing my lifts and my trainer came running to me. He came and said "Sir I need ur help. A kid tore his pec. I was like what! How can a 20 year old kid tore his pec?" It seems he tried to do dumbell flies with 20 pounds or so immediately after 4 sets of dips and 4 sets of bench press. He had an experience of just 3-5 months, couldnt see much change with his personal trainer, fired him and tried the online workouts. He even started using creatine it seems. Just 3months, stupid form, no proper mind muscle connection and boom there is a disaster. He was extremely lucky it ain't a complete tear. It boils me to see so much shit floating around social media from so called influencers who know shit about anatomy, physiology and workouts. Every tom, dick and harry with a decent body thinks they can shell out a "One workout fits all" garbage.🤢🤢🤢
@Joseph Its something called qulity of life man. Exercise and eating healthy make it better. Body will become trash can if u put trash in it and call it life. It boils down to what one wants in life.
It's most likely that kids watching TikTok videos aren't actually looking for training advice. They just want to be entertained and look at attractive or cool things. Given the attention span and nature of the platform, no one is going to watch a 30 second clip and then proceed to repeat the action of said clip for the dozens of hours it would take to see significant results. Some will try it once then quit. Some maybe do it for a week then quit. Almost none will do it for a month before realizing it's far from an instant process. It's only the individuals who follow a regimented training program who are baffled by social media fitness clips/workouts because they assume the point is to give training advice to be followed, as opposed to entertain and give viewers something attractive or cool to look at.

Lovin these insta gahhhbage videos
Nice blue shirt! But that logo has always looked a bit suspicious - can be misread :p
Kids these days just put out content without really understanding the mechanics or biology. Yes they look good but they are not qualified professionals and they probably sell on programs that they didn't even create! Young people are making the fitness industry a mess!
@Joseph I am living life bro and loving it thanks!
How can a 20 year old kid tore his pec?"
It seems he tried to do dumbell flies with 20 pounds or so immediately after 4 sets of dips and 4 sets of bench press.
Dude had gyno when I watched one of his video
Omg thanks for making a video, I knew he was full of shit
Good stuff
Did you see the new black widow trailer Scott!
