    I have a test at 1pm today! It’s my math test & it’s my final one…this helped me sooo much! most especially since I veryyy much struggle with my adhd & find it super difficult to focus on studying in the days before my exams. I feel confident I’ll pass with a pretty good score after this video!! thank you!!

    can you make more videos about square roots , cubes roots, pls

    • @jfritza
      @jfritza  Рік тому

      Yes, though I'm finishing the last two sections in math before anything else unfortunately. I highly recommend watching Khan Academy videos on roots and powers. If you need to study before I get to more videos, try searching "Khan square roots" and "Khan cube roots" and there are multiple videos per subject.

    i have a quick question about simplifying square roots that aren't perfect squares and i'm not sure who to ask, do you think you can help me

    • @jfritza
      @jfritza  Рік тому

      Yes I can! You can only simplify square roots if you can factor out a perfect square. For instance if you are asked to simplify the square root (I'll use 'sq' for that symbol) of 8, AKA sq(8).
      Well, we know that 4*2=8 and that 4 is a perfect square, so we would write sq(4*2) and we can separate them to be sq(4)*sq(2) then simplify the perfect square and leave the other as-is. So the final result would be 2*sq(2).
      I hope that makes sense!
