I have sailed many times on CTC cruise lines and noticed over the years whether they were BLASCO or FESCO ships they didn't blast horns when sailing very often

Sounds like a Kockums MKT-85 and a Kockums MKT-110, which the NORWAY had, along with a Kockums MKT-130 horn... The three horns were the notes F-Sharp, A and C, or an F-Sharp-Diminished chord.
