I just started playing a couple days ago! It is amazing! The stories are great the quests are epic! I had the best time when I found one of the blue chain things in the world. There were 8 or 9 of us just throwing spells and pets and weapons. It was such chaos but beautiful chaos!
Really appreciate all these guides. I started to play around 1 1/2 months ago and you helped me stick with the game and not give up. It’s the only game I’ve been playing especially since I got ESO+.
A slight correction to your Crafting Motif method: gold acquisition is based on _character_ level, not crafting level. You only need to worry about crafting level if you want to dabble in Master Writs (source: official forums). Also, in order to get the 724g reward from crafting, you need the Gilded Fingers node (Craft tree) that increases your gold gains from all sources.
I’ve gotten over 200k from scrying all the zones and grinding in Arteum! It’s kind of boring at times but it’s really cool seeing all the areas in the game.
Also! You can continue to grind blue and green leads in Arteum even after getting 5 or 7 scrying. It is kinda boring but it is the fastest way. Went from 9-10 in about 2hrs. Lots of fun check it out!
I play na pc and am a member of three of the trading guilds in rawl'kha, I think that joining a trading guild or two is the best advice you can give. Then you can sell all of that overland set gear, you can farm items that sell for good gold, etc. Being able to sell with guild traders is just so key. I have never been so gold rich in the game than I have the last couple months.
Is there some trick to getting into a guild? I joined one of the trader guilds in Rawlkha as well but for some reason my husband never gets a response.
For the vet content motif’s he forgot to add you need to complete it on vet hard mode one time, after that run every other vet clear after that has a chance to drop the motif’s
I know on Xbox, if you take the time and you have the bag space, you can pre-craft all of the daily crafting items you need in bulk. Do that on all of your characters and grab your daily crafting writs, turn them in within seconds.
Daily quests: This is a great way to make money imo. Certainly for holiday events and new zones, the prices can be very high at the start as you said. I would add too that existing DLC zones are still worth it! Western Skyrim, The Reach, Gold Coast, Blackwood. The motifs and recipes dropped are still quite valuable! *side note* Farming Tribune's Folly WB in Gold Coast can be profitable for minotaur motifs atm.
@@abdullahaboccy2621 I joined a Trade Guild and sold it in the guild store. However I only saw with the Tamriel Trade Center Add-On that it was worth well over 100k. Other treasure maps were only worth about 200 or something. Sadly I forgot which treasure map it was.
The problem with going to small zones like Arthaeum or starter zones these days is that unless you're there in the wee hours of dawn, there's so much people around farming that you're not likely to find *anything*. The nodes (and chests, and heavy sacks) are picked off right away, and it becomes a race against other players on who can reach that rubedite node faster. Not my idea of fun. I usually go to the older zones instead - way calmer, and I can harvest in peace without 15 zonks nabbing my stuff right before my eyes. xD
I got a treasure map in Stonefalls that seems to by a bridge in the picture. No clue where it is so I put it in the bank lol. Thanks so much for your video's man. You know the ways.
Moneymaking. The easiest way is to do writs. I was on playstation with 18 toons at CP 1K. But lack of finding a PS5 I went and bought a series S. I stopped playing ESO. But now I'm back. Writs are my main priority now. It's awesome to make 80K a day for just doing writs. And on the new gen systems, the load times are so damn fast, you can fly through them.
Yo If you're on PC go do the daily WB in gold coast every day. I got the minotaur chest piece motif last week and it sells for over 1 mil (very rare drop rates tho)

Crafting writs and master crafting writs are how I make a majority of my money. ...but I'm doing regular writs on 12 characters. I'm only doing master writs on my main crafter. I buy gold furnishing recipes from the master writ merchants with my writ vouchers and sell them at the guild trader. They usually go for about 100k a piece.
Great Vid Adam... I started playing ESO on the 26 December last year (124 days--- 2,241 hrs) I levelled Antiquities using yours and Lucky's suggestions to get my gold start... grabbed all the purples in every zone to get the 1 off payment... this afforded me a great start... I now just do writs... on all 18 toons... YES IT IS HELLA BORING... have to stop myself from falling asleep... and takes around an hour (addons log out log in lag means around 4 to 5 mins per character) but as I now have around 4M between all toons (and have spent a shit tonne as well) I am pretty happy with the method... especially considering that only my Main has maxed levels (so the other 17 are only earning around 2 - 3 K G per day)...
How do you sustain the mats required for that? Even 9 characters at roughly 40 rubedo or whatever mat your using is like 300 mats for each skill line a day. And your doing 18? I'm not being condescending BTW I'm just a noob and genuinely curious 😂

Between hirelings and surveys I have way more than enough always in the thousands... tbh I was worried that it was going to be a problem but as long as I collect the mail and do enough surveys (I am about 300 behind atm) I never have an issue with writs or master writs and can make levelling gear and end game gear for my toons as needed...
Most lucrative method at any level = Sell your crowns. 1 Crown = 100 Gold(Xbox EU). Your mileage may vary. Least stress = Smash the antiquities system like this video suggested.
i can't agree with any of this. 😜 I think it's good to mention that when you first start out gold is a big issue but as time goes on and you get a few sets and your build in order you suddenly have nothing to spend gold on. there is really no reason to go out of your way with any gold making methods when all of them are included in your progression of the game. it's best to enjoy the game and do what you really want to do so that you don't burn yourself out trying to farm gold to gold out some gear that you will most likely toss in the trash in a few weeks because you find a new setup or the new patch ruins it for you. i myself struggled and became very frustrated with making gold for a very long time but eventually i just gave up with it and since has made my time in eso so much better. it's like the old saying goes "it's not what you make, it's what you save"
You must admit tho that gold is a large part of the end game for many players. Buying motifs for writs, buying crowns for gold, buying gold mats to upgrade items, buying pots, donating to guilds, buying furnishings. Granted, its not 100% necessary. More power to you to go it alone! But for those who don't want it to take 10000 hours longer in Ironman Mode, gold expedites the processes
It takes a bit of investment in Upgrading the Sanctum for the Dragonguard Sanctum, but once upgraded, you get access to Dragon mats in Elsweyr and the Dragonguard Supply Chest, a daily reward chest that contains free Dragon mats!
I might stick with antiquities, Everything else u have to worry about if someone will buy them or not, where as antiquities u can sell for a flat rate, if u do 10 green/blue antiquities an hour, throw in maybe one or 2 purples and ur talking guarenteed 20k plus an hour and dont have to worry about if someone will buy it or not, just my opinion but great video, thanks.

This is pretty much know by vets aswell and is always a good side hussle while doing these 'combat' related methods, also works in conjunction with A'likr zombie farming method - that's to fill empty soul gems. These can be gotten from delves near wayshrines, delve bosses, teasure chests, and doing enchantment/jewelry dailies. A stack of 200 filled soul gems can be sold to ingame merchants for 6k and if sold on guild traders some pvp'r would buy for around 9k. I have a home brew build targeting the harvesting of souls and exp (but is only good for running in groups.)
+1 to Writs. I learned early on that the game pays well for having multiple characters and so I pretty quickly made 18 characters. For the past two years I have run writs on all 18 each day and the value of rewards, quest gold, and harvesting surveys is always over 225k per day for all characters. It's boring but it's just a money printing machine that I can do while drinking my morning coffee. During Jubilee it's even better :)
I have played mmorpg's for years and eso is by far the easiest game to make gold in. As you level it gets easier. The only advice I can give is get every single crafting skill leveled to max! The absolute best and easiest way to level them is deconstruct everything!
I find ESO's lack of a central AH detrimental to the typical methods of making money most people are familiar with in MMO's. The need for a guild to run a guild store limits you to the area(s) the store is present in and prices can vary wildly between shops or even within the same shop. Their reasoning is "ESO wants to have a player-based economy dependent on players themselves, and a group and guild friendly economy based and what players are able to find and make" - Which is what an AH basically does anyway but instead allows individuals more free reign and participation without the NEED to join a guild. For those of us playing solo or with a small group of friends this HEAVILY limits and prospect of making any notable sum of money, especially if deciding to purchase some of those rarer items such as Motifs for ourselves. Making ~7K a day sounds nice until you have to do that for a week or more just to buy 1 crafting motif or other such item. This disparity also more or less encourages the use of 3rd party groups that sell in game currency for real life currency. Why grind for hours on end when you can just toss someone $5 for say, 500,000 gold? Way back when I had played WoW I was able to make a good amount of coin, a few hundred thousand to millions over time, just by selling stacks of materials I gained playing the game without needing to go out of my way for it. Things like Leather were easy to get and roughly 70% of anything you would kill was able to be skinned. It also had a good market for it and sold at a consistent rate for a decent price. Ore was something you could find along the way, or went out of your way to run laps on consistent spawns for it. ESO also has some decent routes to farm mats but in the end the lack of ability for the INDIVIDUAL to market these goods is as of now, problematic if not appalling. I do not think guild stores themselves are bad, it's an interesting concept. I just don't like that it forces you to either join or flounder, depending on how you play or what you want to do. The best the individual can do right now is use the zone chat and basically return to the old method of advertising a sale over and over again, similar to how Runescape banks doubled as trade hubs.
something iv bin doing since they added jewelry station to the game just selling jewelry mates ever since they added gold jewelry in cyro on the weekends can just decon the ring/neck that you buy with AP. That's if you pvp some what you do get alot of AP relatively fast and i would say IC sewers is pretty fun to make some telvar to buy hakeijo sell them in the Guild trader
Nice guide, but in the dungeon motif farming when you mention getting the monster sets. You mention the helmet pieces can be worth millions. Well... Sure... Except they aren't tradeable except with the group you ran the dungeon with and only for 2 hours. So idk where you heard that, but that's not right. Plus you pretty much get one of the variants every time you run it. And only on vet dungeons
Had no idea furnishing mats were worth so much. I only started playing again and only have access to base game so I've been destroying them for bag space... I think I'm just going to give up on provisioning from now on

I really just wish the quest lines provided enough gold. Trying to farm a bunch of shit and do a bunch of boring shit is just flat out boring as all hell to me. Quests pull me in and interest me which makes it fun but it's just not rewarding enough. I really wish they would make it worth your time.
Why do people add up all the gold between all the characters combined then say you can make a lot of gold? Alot of people aren't going to play with several characters. The gold made between several characters does nothing for people that have one character they are working on. Good vid though. I liked the strategies for gold making.

Mmm I tend to buy crafting resources and farm gear rarity blue and upgrade to gold w divine and it sells for 50k+ on console. While mats cost 1-5k for 200 stacks
I really can't decide which class would be better for dual wield and bow. Would the StamDk, Stamden or Stamcro be best for this? I want to play Pve solo and with others the most. Ps I like Poison but heard StamDk is very dot heavy
Not sure selling treasure maps should be considered a 'method'. You can't specifically farm them, there's nothing you can do afaik to like go out and sell treasure maps it's basically just saying "if you happen to have this thing you can sell it".

@@kimscales5150 Hey, I recommend watching Adam's video on addons he explains it quite thoroughly (NOTE: you need to be playing on PC, not consoles). Download a client called Minion and then just search for ATT (Akadius trading tool) and TTC (Tamriel trading centre) + dependent libraries. You'll see all that in Minion. For selling stuff through guild traders, you will need to join a guild and then go to any NPC banker. There, you will find a guild store. I'm sure your guild will be more than happy to help you with this though. So don't hesitate to ask questions in the guild chat.
Hey Adam, quick question; can the additional little treasures that you can dig up with the main item ( Be Displayed in a house ) OR are they just used to sell only? I know they sell for 40 gold a piece but I was going to display some if I could.
What people don't realise is that you can do a lot of these methods IRL with crypto and flipping actual stuff, then just buy crowns and gold with the money you made😂😂😂

Deadlands Treasure maps 1 and 2 sell for around 150k on PC btw ;)

I farm Undaunted Coffers they go for 1k each and you get a lot in vet trials.
Farming Telvar for Hakeijo's to sell in guild traders is super lucrative.

something iv bin doing since they added jewelry station to the game just selling jewelry mates ever since they added gold jewelry in cyro on the weekends can just decon the ring/neck that you buy with AP. That's if you pvp some what you do get alot of AP relatively fast and i would say IC sewers is pretty fun to make some telvar to buy hakeijo sell them in the Guild trader

Nice guide, but in the dungeon motif farming when you mention getting the monster sets. You mention the helmet pieces can be worth millions. Well... Sure... Except they aren't tradeable except with the group you ran the dungeon with and only for 2 hours. So idk where you heard that, but that's not right. Plus you pretty much get one of the variants every time you run it. And only on vet dungeons

I really just wish the quest lines provided enough gold. Trying to farm a bunch of shit and do a bunch of boring shit is just flat out boring as all hell to me. Quests pull me in and interest me which makes it fun but it's just not rewarding enough. I really wish they would make it worth your time.

Why do people add up all the gold between all the characters combined then say you can make a lot of gold? Alot of people aren't going to play with several characters. The gold made between several characters does nothing for people that have one character they are working on. Good vid though. I liked the strategies for gold making.

Not sure selling treasure maps should be considered a 'method'. You can't specifically farm them, there's nothing you can do afaik to like go out and sell treasure maps it's basically just saying "if you happen to have this thing you can sell it".
Farming Antiquities to sell is hard and takes a while. A day dedicated to this will get you 100-150k. Which is good, but it gets very boring.
You are wrong about crafting writs, you earn way more than 300 k per week if you include reward boxes

@@kimscales5150 Hey, I recommend watching Adam's video on addons he explains it quite thoroughly (NOTE: you need to be playing on PC, not consoles). Download a client called Minion and then just search for ATT (Akadius trading tool) and TTC (Tamriel trading centre) + dependent libraries. You'll see all that in Minion.
For selling stuff through guild traders, you will need to join a guild and then go to any NPC banker. There, you will find a guild store. I'm sure your guild will be more than happy to help you with this though. So don't hesitate to ask questions in the guild chat.
