Would appreciate a video of you going through a whole townhouse developing plan, architectural, engineering plans etc cheers champ! Keep up the valuable content
I just don’t understand why everyone’s building other homes on top of their small properties these towns are just gonna be a bunch of squished homes together, please explain more about this because here in America this would not be allowed.
Land zoning in New Zealand is incredibly restrictive. This is a suburb over 30mins from Wellington city and the average house price in that area is the equivalent of $477,000 usd.
@MrGroganmeister short answer: it is. Between absurd environmental regulations, communist councils, and rich foreigners hoarding land, there is little left for Kiwis to build upon. Hence you get absurd dwellings like this being constructed.
@@jesseking9254 Thanks for your reply. If it makes you feel any better our incompetent, criminally wasteful, hopeless councils in Australia can give your folks a run for their money. Sorry to spread bad news.
I love your channel. But I'm so glad where I live here in NJ that is not allowed. To me that is an abomination of the American dream..... I'd rather live in a apartment than do close to another house like that.

Really love it 😍
Professional as usual. Informative short, and sharp.
Great job, it looks amazing. Interesting to see what can be done with a section like that. I’m considering something similar.
I absolutely love your content, bro. I really enjoy watching your videos. Keep up the dope content. 🙌🙌🙌
Another amazing project, you guys are truly amazing and this channel is one of the best
Don't you have to keep a certain distance between the old building and the new ones? We could certainly not build this near in Germany.
What just thinking this looked like a upper hutt home the you said it. love the video
Josh, another great job by your team.
Was this a cross lease on the original property, or did they go all out and do a freehold subdivision?
What were the numbers on this build? Per m2?
Is the pod foundation mainly for earthquake proofing?
I like this but not all combined like that
Brave man building in Upper Hutt, how much gear you get stolen???? Stokes Valley way nicer place to build. Lol

Surely land in NZ is not in such short supply that they have to build like this.

Damn, thats ugly and screams of greed. One way to make money if you have no sense of community or self pride, I guess.
Help if you could speak chinese for all those confused Auckland builders ... #Justsaying
Q? How is water and sewerage taken into account in builds like these.
